In this episode, I talk with my mom, Christine Duffley, as well as my friend, David St. Germain, and we talk about what I did "again." As you may or may not know, I've started to work out several times per week to start my day. It turns out that Friday, which was one of my days to try to work out on, I was slightly tired and didn't want to actually get out of bed yet at about 5:30 AM before getting ready for school. Well, my mom picks me up from school that afternoon, asks me how my workout is going, and then I get extremely frustrated because I didn't work out that day. As a result, I decided to amend my goal for Friday to work out and changed it to Saturday, which was when we recorded this episode. Problems pretty much solved! Listen for key strategies that I started using when this happens! Links Mentioned: Todoist: The Best To Do List App and Task Manager. There is a free version that you can try out!
