Net op de dag dat Homer, Bart en Lisa een dagje naar het pretpark 'Duff Gardens' plannen, blijkt groottante Gladys 'Dog-Faced' Bouvier overleden. Na de begrafenis toont advocaat Lionel Hutz haar videotestament, waaruit blijkt dat Gladys een eenzame vrouw was. Ze geeft haar nichtjes Patty en Selma de doorleefde boodschap om niet alleen te sterven. 'Start a family, and do it now'. Patty couldn't care less, maar Selma neemt de boodschap ter harte.
