Back-to- school time is here, and households across the country are getting ready for another busy year of classes, team practices and after-school activities. On top of an already full schedule, many parents are also pet parents who are busy taking care of their furry family members. For those of us with cats, that includes dealing with one of the more unpleasant parts of being a pet parent: cleaning the litter box. But what if we told you there was a product out there that could help you spend less time cleaning the box, and more time with your family? Michelle Fern chats with Sarah from World’s Best Cat Litter, the only litter with the concentrated power of corn, about how you can get more out of your litter, so you can think about your cat, not the box. So happy to be back from my eye surgeries. Recovery is best with a pet at home. How many of us can't wait to get home and relax with our dogs or cats? This time off taught me how our Animals bring us comfort, either from a hard day at work or how we feel the comfort of their just being there. But judging how we are greeted when we get home we bring them comfort also. Our pets are perfect partners. Questions or Comments? Regarded as one of the rarest birds in the world, the California Condor is the largest land bird in North America with a wingspan of up to 9 ½ feet and a weight of up to 23 pounds. At one point, only 22 of these magnificent creatures remained in the world. Now, through Herculean efforts in reintroduction, there are more than 400 and more than 70 of these are flying over southern Utah and northern Arizona. The Mexican Spotted Owl is also an endangered bird with little more than 2,000 remaining in the United States. This 16-19 inch tall, under two-pound creature, with a wingspan of 42-45 inches is also found in Grand Canyon and is also the subject of study and recovery efforts.
