You can't fix the problem until you address and accept that theirs a problem. Just as you can not begin to heal until you start talking and sharing your story of who you are. Let's normalize “ I'm willing to work on that” Instead of “That's Just Me”
This the official launch of Anew Wave Podcast - a Healing Conversation. I recorded this episode 3.18.2021 in honor of my Great Aunt Wanda - right before her passing so told me “They will listen.” If you ever went to Aunt Wanda with your problems she had a way of making them seem so small and manageable. I'm little posting my plan was to launch on her birthday, but I didn't because I was suffering from imposter syndrome the fear of being judge and not being good enough. I created Anew Wave not only for other women but for myself - we need each other, to lean on, to heal together - collectively. I hope you enjoy!
