In 2009 he opened Veritas Recruiting Group and now helps companies find, attract, and hire top accounting and finance talent.Best practices to find top candidates:- Veritas has taken the position of not posting their open job roles.- This strategy has been a good differentiator in the market. - Forces Veritas to employ proactive recruiting practices of recruiting, networking, and working off of referrals.- Vitally important as the labor market has tightened.
