Behind the Sunnies: a Champion Golfer

After a long break over winter, I've decided that I'm going to step back from the podcast until May after I close my chapter in America. It's important that I prioritise the right things, and I want to make sure that the content that I publish is useful and of good quality! As 2023 comes to an end, I sit down to review my year through the highs, lows and lessons learned. I discuss my process goal that I stuck to this year, the development of my game this year and what comes next for 2024. Hope you enjoy!

After a bit of a break, I'm back and spilling the best way to keep developing your game in the winter! With no competition for a while, it's a great time to keep pushing your skills and getting after it - even when facilities are limited. I talk through how I go about managing myself and my time during the holiday period, and how YOU can keep making gains and becoming the best golfer you can be! Through trial and error over the years, I've cracked what works best for me; I hope you can steal a little bit of something to take away with you from this episode!

A phrase that gets thrown around a lot in golf is “taking your game to the next level.” This week, I talk about the specific things that developed my game from a 36 handicapper to the Amateur Champion, and what “the next level” really looks like.
