Biblical Blueprints is a Christian ministry driven by passion for God’s glory, confidence in God’s Word, dependence upon God’s grace, and faith in God’s plans. Our vision is to find and lay out the Bible’s blueprints so they can be applied by individuals, families, churches, and nations. We do this…
Narrated By: Nathan Conkey It is my prayer that God will raise up a generation of people who do this labor, thus presenting themselves to God as those approved, workmen who do not need to be ashamed, and who correctly handle the Word of Truth (cf. 2 Tim. 2:15). The lost in our nation and the weak and immature churches which have so proliferated are in deep need of the meat of the Word and those qualified to give it to them. May God bless your diligence and hard work!
Narrated By: Nathan Conkey Universal suffrage (the belief that every member can vote) in a congregation or in a state is a fairly recent phenomenon. It was not until the 1900s that there was any significant movement in this direction. Is this an improvement? Is it Biblical? Scripture definitely shines light on one of the most significant developments of the 20th century.
Narrated By: Nathan Conkey Writing providential history is hard because it takes much more than a mere recitation of dates and events. Providential history is an attempt to interpret history within a Biblical Worldview and show the meaning and purpose of historical events. This is what made older Christian histories so exciting to read. You saw God's hand directing the flow of history in exciting ways. May we see a new generation of historians proclaiming the mighty deeds of God!
Narrated By: Nathan Conkey Many Protestants today see the baptizing of infants as an invention of the Roman Catholic Church. But during the Reformation of the 16th century, when the Protestant Reformers threw off many unbiblical practices of the Roman Church, they continued to baptize infants. Were they duped? Did they lack thoroughness in their reform? Or did they see Biblical merit in including the children of believers in the covenant family of God? This booklet proves the abiding validity of administering the sacrament of baptism to covenant children.
Narrated By: Nathan Conkey The United Nations, Solidarity International, and some human rights organizations have tried to define and rule out torture, but have been frustrated at how difficult it is to even define the term. Is abortion torture? Solidarity International surprisingly says “No.” But what is even more bizarre, that “human rights” organization has successfully brought a complaint before the United Nations against Nicaragua, claiming that this nation is engaging in torture against women on a massive scale by prohibiting all abortion! What is torture? Should our civil government ever engage in torture? How do we know? It is the contention of this author that apart from the infallible revelation of God in the Scriptures, no one can give a consistent answer. What are we to think of the practices of spanking, waterboarding, and corporal punishment? This booklet seeks to give a Biblically consistent answer to these and other questions.
Narrated By: Nathan Conkey Throughout human history various explanations for the existence of evil have been offered. Philosophers and theologians across the ages have struggled to explain it. This booklet shows that only the Bible can provide a clear and coherent answer to which we must not add or subtract.
Narrated By: Nathan Conkey Praying according to God's will (1 John 5:14) simply means praying Scriptural prayers. It involves claiming God's promises, pleading God's attributes, aligning our prayers with God's commandments and filling our adorations, confessions, thanksgivings and supplications with the text of the Bible. What a way to increase the faith of prayer warriors! If one examines the prayers of Nehemiah, Daniel, Moses and other saints, one will discover that these prayer warriors confidently prayed because they filled their prayers with the promises of a God who cannot lie; they anchored their prayers in the character of a God who is faithful; and they aligned their desires with God's revealed desires. It is our prayer that this booklet would teach us to do the same.
Narrated By: Nathan Conkey When Jesus asked (with apparent disappointment), “What! Could you not watch with Me for one hour?” (Matt. 26:40), the disciples were no doubt disappointed in themselves. Perhaps you can relate. If you have struggled with the idea of praying for extended periods of time, it may simply be that you have never had extended prayer modeled to you. Just as John the Baptist and Jesus modeled to others how to pray (Luke 11:1), hopefully this booklet will spark some ideas for your own prayer life. It is designed to expose you to twelve quite distinct kinds of prayer, and to show how easy it is to spend an hour in prayer.

Narrated By: Nathan Conkey For centuries skeptics and unbelievers have denied the veracity of the Bible. Today there are many denominations and many people who call themselves Christians that take a similar view. They say the Bible contains truth, or it teaches truth, or portions of it are true. But they deny the veracity of miracles, the resurrection, Mosaic authorship, patriarchal lineages, etc. What is the orthodox Christian to do? Toss in the towel? Leave it to the experts? NO! Christians need to talk to the doubters and explain why the Bible is TRUE—every jot and tittle of it. Indeed, the Bible is not only “True”, it is “Truth” (John 17:17).
