The Caffeine and Covers Podcast (formerly known as The Jake Albright Podcast) is a daily sports show hosted by Jake Albright. Episodes will be dropping every morning featuring Jake's preview for the day in sports and his best bets of the day. There will be an occasional guest appearance but this podcast is just Jake talking about what he really loves; losing money on sports!

Today's edition of the Jake Albright podcast is a very very special one. I start off the show by paying respects to the legendary Hank Aaron and celebrate his life on and off the baseball field. Hank was one of the biggest athletes in causing change in social justice and he deserves to be remembered as much more than a baseball player. Friday is basketball day and for that I brought in a special guest, Argon Stern. Argon has written for the Uptake website and is one of the smartest people I know in basketball. On the first episode of the Jake Albright Podcast, I discuss game 4 of the NBA finals, why the lakers are just better then the heat but not historically great, NFL gambling lines, and the future of the pod. I promise this isn't very good at all but just like everything it takes time to perfect something. Over the coming weeks I will be constantly adding topics, segments, games, and most importantly guest to the show to improve the experience for you, the listener!
