Mind, Body, and Energy: Breaking Free with Dr. Amy Albright In this powerful episode of Linda's Corner, we're delighted to welcome Dr. Amy Albright, a transformational healer and expert in neuroscience, energy work, and spiritual integration. With a background in cognitive psychology and Chinese medicine, Dr. Amy has spent over two decades helping people break free from trauma, anxiety, and limiting beliefs by harmonizing the mind, body, and energy.Dr. Amy shares how our brainwaves—from delta to gamma—function like colors in a rainbow, each serving a different purpose in our mental and emotional health. She explains how getting stuck in high beta can lead to overwhelm and anxiety, while accessing gamma opens the door to insight, forgiveness, innovation, and deeper consciousness. We also explore the truth about mental health from a neurobiological perspective. “If your car is pinging, you don't feel shame—you just take it to the mechanic,” Dr. Amy says. “The same should go for your brain.” Her work integrates highly precise neurological diagnostics, spiritual insight, and intuition to help people rediscover who they truly are underneath the layers of trauma and societal expectations.

Still just posting jobs on LinkedIn and hoping clients or candidates come to you? In a world where AI is changing recruiting fast, your personal brand and engaged network are your biggest competitive advantages. This episode of The Elite Recruiter Podcast goes beyond outdated tactics—host Benjamin Mena sits down with LinkedIn branding expert Alexis Albright Meschi to share the blueprint for building a brand that attracts business instead of chasing it.
In this episode, Laura Howe sits down with Shelli Albright, Director of Care and Connection at Fortville Christian Church and a graduate of the Care Ministry Cohort. Shelli gives an honest, behind-the-scenes look at what it's like to lead a growing care ministry—and the tensions that come with wanting to help everyone while building sustainable systems. Through a real-life coaching conversation, you'll hear how Shelli is bringing unity to siloed ministries, developing shared criteria for benevolence decisions, and creating a culture of collaboration both within her church and in the wider community. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed or just ready to take your next strategic step, this episode offers practical encouragement and a vision for care that's both compassionate and structured. Quotes “We feel like we're just kind of answering the same questions over and over and in the moment. And it just feels very rushed and hurried. So I'm hoping that we can get that more organized and just make the decisions once—have the same criteria—and not have to keep kind of going through this haphazard process.” — Shelli Albright “Care ministry can be sacred and structured—it doesn't have to be chaotic.” — Laura Howe “Most care leaders are building ministries on the fly—coaching gives structure to that passion.” — Laura Howe “Shelli's story is a reminder that the presence of complexity doesn't mean you're doing it wrong. It often means your church is becoming a trusted source of hope.” — Laura Howe Resources Free Mini-course: Clarify Your Care Ministry Care Ministry Cohort Connect with Hope Made Strong Website: HopeMadeStrong.org Socials: Facebook – Instagram – Twitter – YouTube

Dr. Amy Albright is a Doctor of Chinese Medicine and clairvoyant healer with 23 years of experience reading and transforming the human energy field. She's the co-founder of Holon, where she partners with leading neuroscientists to deliver intensive neurological transformation retreats that produce EEG-verified brain changes in just four days. But here's what makes Amy different: she doesn't believe in processing trauma. She believes in paradigm shifts so profound that the wound doesn't just heal—it disappears entirely, leaving you stronger, wiser, and more expansive than before. Most of us have been taught that healing means understanding our problems, labeling our pathologies, and slowly working through the pain. But what if that's the exact reason we stay stuck? What if the mind's need to process keeps us trapped in the story, while the energetic body holds the key to instant liberation? In this transformative conversation, Raj and Amy dismantle everything you thought you knew about healing and reveal the quantum mechanics of true transformation. In this episode, discover:• Why most healing modalities keep you stuck in your story—and what actually creates lasting change • The "tailbone technique" that activates biological safety in seconds (you can do this anywhere) • How to identify when you're truly healed vs. when you're still carrying trauma you don't realize • Why "processing" emotions mentally keeps you trapped—and what the energetic alternative looks like • The "coordinates method" for flipping paradigms instantly instead of analyzing problems for years • How to hold space for others' pain without getting pulled into their suffering • The foundational ingredients required for transformation that most people miss entirely • Why becoming grounded means remembering you're an "endless soul on an infinite journey"You are not broken. You never were. You are an energetic being capable of quantum shifts that transcend everything you thought was fixed. This conversation will show you how to stop swimming in circles and start embodying the freedom that's already yours.Connect with Dr. Amy:Instagram: @dramyalbrightWebsite: https://www.holonexperience.com/Connect with Raj:Website: http://www.rajjana.com/Instagram: @raj_janaSpotify: https://open.spotify.com/show/22Hrw6VWfnUSI45lw8LJBPYouTube: https://www.youtube.com/@raj_janaLegal Disclaimer: The information and opinions discussed in this podcast are for educational and entertainment purposes only. Episode: In part II of our intro to Biblical Archaeology, Kyle and Chris explore the contributions of W. F. Albright (who knew over 20 languages) and G. E. Wright, Kathleen Kenyon and others, and the emergence of New Archaeology, regional approaches, and other new methods. They also consider questions of faith and history, theology and archaeology, and text and the past. They discuss how archaeology is ill-suited to "slay the dragon of theological liberalism," but also how it contributes to faith. How can we grapple well with the intersection of these fields that often seem so far apart? Startup advisor Hunter Albright says the secret to early-stage growth is cutting through the complexity and finding where real momentum lives. On the latest episode of Practical Pivots, Albright, who's worked at the crossroads of technology, business strategy and human behavior, explains that while AI is just a tool, the explosion in data and compute power has changed the game for founders. He urges entrepreneurs to focus on building consistency and warns against chasing every new trend. Albright also highlights a surprising shift: “People are swinging away from digital products and services, and wanting to get back to things that are more analog and face to face.” For startups looking to scale, he recommends frameworks like EOS to bring “calm to the chaos” and help teams prioritize what matters most.About Hunterhttps://www.linkedin.com/in/hunteralbright/
