Rob is a professional massage therapist, personal trainer, and as of October 2022 a registered nutritionist. On his free time he enjoys training in jiu jitsu, eating good food, and spending time with his girlfriend. Rob plans on one day owning his own Jiu Jitsu Academy and being a one stop shop for all physical fitness needs.

Ever wonder what firefighters would talk about around a fire pit? Wonder no longer! On this special limited-edition episode I am joined by two local fire fighters and discuss a day in the life, and complete randomness. Experience being with us. Enjoy!

Due to technical difficulties, Mikey's episode had to be recorded in two sessions. Mikey is originally from Santa Ana, CA. He is a man of many interests, has owned his own cinematography business. Past ventures with MPixels Productions. He has worked in construction, private guard, laser technician, and most recently as a professional welder. On his free time, he plays guitar, enjoys sour beers, and going out with his girlfriend. Mikey has an interest in starting an apprenticeship with Los Angeles Iron Workers Local 433.

Educated in Environmental Policy and voted Lifeguard of the year in 2010, Firefighter Paramedic Ian Pruitt has over 12 years in public service, serving the communities of Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside County. Ian is a proud husband and father of 2, we discuss the diversity he's faced to get to where he is today, as well as stories of his travels in his early 20s. 

Lozano is a Firefighter Paramedic in Southern California, with over 10 years of EMS experience. We go over past calls, differences in Southern California protocols, and must haves in out of county bags.

Indications: Individuals who desire to quit alcohol consumption and have an addiction Contraindications: Sensitivity or adverse reaction to prior use of Antabuse Interactions: Cough syrups or alcohol containing products, some blood thinners Side effects: headache, breathing problems, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, extreme tiredness, fainting, fast/irregular heartbeat, or blurred vision. These symptoms can last from 30 minutes to several hours. Precautions: thiuram or thiuram-related chemicals (found in pesticides and rubber), mouthwash, aftershave, sauces, vinegars) while taking this medication and for 2 weeks after stopping the medication Routes of administration: oral Onset of action: 10 minutes Dosage: 250mg – 500mg daily

Ryan is a Police Officer, CSUF graduate, dog enthusiast, and rides dirt bikes. Ryan recently finished his probation with a department in Southern California. We go over transitioning from EMT to law enforcement, Police Academy’s, and the differences between working out of a fire station and police substation.

Nestor is currently a single function EMT with a municipal fire department, we discuss his transition to Paramedic and words of wisdom for paragod hopefuls.
