Conan the librarian is joined by his grandchildren to discuss film (Toy Story 4), literature (I Broke My Trunk) and politics (Climate Change). 

Conan and Dr. Tena Stone talk about two new movies, Aladdin and John Wick 3 and then discuss the blockbuster publishing phenomenon Where the Crawdads Sing by Delia Owens. 

In this episode, Conan is joined by Dr. Tena Stone at a remote location to discuss some news, the movie Roma and the best selling fiction book...The Silent Patient.

Conan is joined again by Marlene to discuss the role of Influencers in modern day marketing. Then they move on to talk about two of the most successful independent writers out there. Scott Pratt and Jana DeLeon. 

Conan and Dr. Tena Stone discuss strange service animals and their potential impact on libraries. They have a discussion about Aquaman and the recent Blu Ray release of Bad Times at the El Royale. Conan shares his thoughts on the non fiction Best-Seller The Library Book by Susan Orlean and Dr. Stone brags about the talent of Clyde Edgerton as a southern writer.

Conan reads the complete New York Times story entitled, To Restore Civil Society, Start With the Library that was published in September of 2018. He also reviews, "Killers of the Flower Moon" by David Grann.

Conan and Marlene discuss all things Karin Slaughter. They cover her latest book Pieces of Her, some of her other series books and the potential she has for film and television.

Conan and Marlene discuss the Ventriloquist Convention, Drones, and the problem with political books in libraries. Conan also talks about the nonfiction book, Bad Blood about the Theranos scam while Marlene discusses the latest psyche thriller The Wife Between Us.
