Jenn, Bailey, and Payton are local high school students who are competing in a National HOSA competiton. Their project is spreading awarenss about social anxiety to kids, teens, and their parents via a social media campaign. The girls share their personal experiences, and tips and tricks for parents and students to navigate these sturggles. 

Cathy Bledsoe has been on the ground building the incredible HopeSquad and Hope4Utah programs. As a parent and an activist here is Utah, she seeks to help every child know their worth and wants to empower our youth to help each other find their worth as well. Jon is a true community builder. He is the founder of the Life's Worth Living Foundation, which aims to lower suicide and bring people together with connection and common goals. Lark Dean Galley lost her son to suicide 20 months ago. She and has taken her loss and, along with her family, stands strong with resolve to share her story. She gives a perspective that all parents need to hear: build relationships with your children and love them for who they are before it is too late. 

Collin Kartchner dedicated his life to his family and his work, the Save The Kids movement. Listen to hear how disconnecting from your phone and connecting with the people around you will give your life more meaning and purpose.

Susan Pulsipher is currently serving Utah's District 50 in the House of Representatives. Her passion for education and policy has led her to becoming an integral part of her community and the state of Utah.
