In this short 26 mins podcast, we'll share some practical suggestions. Dan Sullivan is Founder @ Gen Z Talks | Supporting Young People in Work and Education
I've been delivering a couple of very specific workshops this last two or three months whilst we've all been in lock-down. And those workshops were about remote leadership, and also about working with remote teams. There are aspects of those two workshops that really appealed to my audiences, so I've combined them into a sort of 'one off' which I've called: Leadership in the New Normal. To book me to deliver this at your event, email henry@henryroselee.com

This podcast is full of hints and tips for companies. Especially those who need to start trading again. And we also look at generational differences - which are significant and large! Older people have more options. Younger people are far more vulnerable. GenZ are the most likely to lost their jobs during the recession. We must all support young people whenever we can. GenZ wants to work hard and save for their future.
Although you might think that everything that's happened is terrible, there have been some benefits too. Listen to a balanced view from Henry Rose Lee in this informative podcast.

Are you enjoying remote working, or itching to get back to the office? There is a lot of research that has shown when we work remotely too much, we lose the very connection and engagement and collaboration that face to face working and networking - just connecting with people - really delivers. I would be betting that remote working will continue to grow, and that people will still have their offices and that the biggest companies will do what they've always done, create the best and most fantastic and encouraging offices to ensure that there is creativity, community, and a sense of momentum and real engagement.

I was okay with the pandemic when they started talking about isolation and not going out. But I felt there was a lack of information around going food shopping because actually, if you're bringing stuff back into your house, that might be a bit of a problem. So this podcast is about trying to remove the risk of COVID-19 coming into your house on food and groceries.
