Sam tackles sports injuries that pose a particular problem for female athletes, plus that old taboo about women's menstrual cycles and how they affect their performances. She talks to performance coach Brynley Abad who's kept the Queensland Firebirds to a minimal injury rate. Sam also speaks to former Commonwealth and Olympic games physician Dr Diana Robinson, a 20 year veteran of sports medicine.

World Champion swim star Emily Seebohm stopped by to chat with Sam Squiers about her career as well as some of her hardships along the way.  Emily has already won medals at 3 Olympics, yet she is only 25 years old.
