First one is Netu ga aru(熱がある), and the second one is Kaze wo hiite iru(風邪を引いている) not 風! be careful with this one! And the last one is Atama ga itai(頭が痛い) or Zutuu ga aru (頭痛がある), and as I mentioned, do not say Zutuu ga itai (頭痛が痛い) because it is redundant. On top of this episode, I want to make this clear that instead of saying "America Jin Desu", you could also say "America Syussin Desu(アメリカしゅっしんです)". The difference between those sentences is the first one is basically saying I am American, and the other one is saying I am from America."
