Dom and D are back with episode of Everyone Needs an Aquarius, where they break down the latest in pop culture, parenting, and politics with their signature humor and no-nonsense approach. This week, the duo cuts through the noise, starting with an honest debate about the "gentle parenting" trend—is it actually just permissive parenting in disguise? The conversation shifts to the entertainment world as they dissect the fallout from Tony Hinchcliffe's recent roast and why Kevin Hart's defense of the comedy landscape sparked such a massive cultural debate. From there, they tackle the wild headlines of the week, including Ray J's celebrity MMA fight, the political buzz surrounding Jaxson Dart's endorsements, and the bizarre saga of Cheyenne Bryant's alleged "mayoral run." They wrap up with a fascinating historical comparison, contrasting the modern antics of "Chud the Builder" with the radical legacy of abolitionist John Brown. 0:00 - Gentle Parenting, School Drama, and Classroom Challenges 6:19 - The Rise and Fall of Nature Boy on Hood Horror Stories is even crazier 13:25 - Kevin Hart and Tony Hinchcliffe double down on the comments mentioned at the Roast 32:22 - Eddie Murphy's Enduring Legacy and Strategic Career Choices 41:52 - Ray J's Celebrity MMA Fight and Hospitalization Drama 46:23 - Jaxson Dart's Trump Political Endorsement 52:46 - Cheyenne Bryant's Faux Mayoral Campaign and her credentials keep falling apart 1:06:47 - Chud the Builder's Controversial Actions and Legal Troubles 1:09:51 - John Brown's Radical Abolitionist Actions and Legacy Brand new voicemail: (314) 649-3113 Subscribe to the Everyone Needs an Aquarius Patreon https://bit.ly/3tXnnCz Email the show at straightolc@gmail.com Follow SOLC Network online Instagram: https://bit.ly/39VL542 Twitter: https://bit.ly/39aL395 Facebook: https://bit.ly/3sQn7je To Listen to the podcast Podbean https://bit.ly/3t7SDJH YouTube http://bit.ly/3ouZqJU Spotify http://spoti.fi/3pwZZnJ Apple http://apple.co/39rwjD1 IHeartRadio http://ihr.fm/2L0A2y

Dom and D are back with another episode of Everyone Needs an Aquarius. The conversation begins with a look into the subconscious, unpacking a vivid dream involving purgatory and Greek mythology that serves as a jumping-off point for a discussion on rebirth and personal evolution. From there, the duo provides a crucial update on the Kelvin Evans trial regarding the theft of unreleased Beyoncé music before shifting focus to the latest cultural headlines. The episode gets into the heated details of the recent Kevin Hart roast, where Dom offers a candid critique of "lazy" humor and addresses the controversial jokes aimed at Sheryl Underwood and the underlying issues of colorism in comedy. The discussion continues with the practical implications of the Spirit Airlines shutdown and what it means for travelers before moving into a skeptical look at the credentials and missing dissertation of Dr. Cheyenne Bryant. Finally, the show explores the chilling dynamics of the Nature Boy cult and the psychology of control, closing out with a teaser for next week's historical deep dive into John Brown. 0:00 Welcome & The Purgatory Dream 4:11 Interpreting Dreams: Death vs. Rebirth 8:11 Family Plot Twists & MySpace Memories 10:36 Update: The Beyoncé Music Theft Trial 13:16 Kevin Hart Roast: Comedy or Just Offensive? 24:27 Roast Etiquette, Colorism, & Sheryl Underwood 36:51 The End of Spirit Airlines & Delta's New Rules 48:37 Investigating Dr. Cheyenne Bryant's Credentials 56:15 Deep Dive: The Cult of Nature Boy Brand new voicemail: (314) 649-3113 Subscribe to the Everyone Needs an Aquarius Patreon https://bit.ly/3tXnnCz Email the show at straightolc@gmail.com Follow SOLC Network online Instagram: https://bit.ly/39VL542 Twitter: https://bit.ly/39aL395 Facebook: https://bit.ly/3sQn7je To Listen to the podcast Podbean https://bit.ly/3t7SDJH YouTube http://bit.ly/3ouZqJU Spotify http://spoti.fi/3pwZZnJ Apple http://apple.co/39rwjD1 IHeartRadio http://ihr.fm/2L0A2y

We break down the three most overlooked levers in a healing journey: fat, fiber, and fasting, and why your results change when you understand the “why” behind each one. We connect cholesterol, insulin, bile flow, gut health, and metabolic flexibility into one practical framework you can actually use. • why healthy fat supports cell membranes, hormones, bile flow, immunity, and brain and nerve protection • how to think about cholesterol as repair demand, not just dietary intake • large buoyant LDL vs small dense LDL and what increases cardiovascular risk • what damages LDL particles, including high glucose, high insulin, oxidized seed oils, toxins, and gut endotoxins • why de novo lipogenesis and triglycerides point back to excess sugar and liver overload • statins lowering LDL vs long-term trade-offs discussed, including diabetes risk and mitochondrial effects • fiber as the missing fuel for the microbiome, short-chain fatty acids, and gut tight junction integrity • soluble vs insoluble fiber for binding bile acids, lowering recirculation, and improving stool regularity • realistic fiber targets and food-first ideas like chia, flax, psyllium, berries, avocados, nuts, seeds, and raw vs cooked veggies • fasting for lowering insulin, improving mitochondria, supporting autophagy, and reducing liver and visceral fat • common fasting mistakes, including high-stress training while fasted and skipping breakfast daily when you are not fat-adapted • how to ease into fasting and how to break a fast based on your goal If you're ready to stop copying influencers and start listening to your biofeedback, press play, then subscribe, and share this with a friend who's stuck in health noise! To work one-on-one with me, you can apply HERE!To get notified as soon as groups open up and other updates sign up/subscribe here:https://stacy-baker.mykajabi.com/opt-in-9cffc5f4-f006-4adb-a0a7-6c33a0698b4bResources mentioned:Ketone and Blood Sugar Testing MasterclassKetone TestingRa Optics (Code DRSTACYND) blue light blockersHigher Dose (my FAV sauna blanket with low to no EMF) code DRSTACYCGM *2 months free with code DRSTACYStructured/Living Water *code DRSTACYSpring Aqua (my FAV water system) For more from me, follow me on IG @dr.stacy.ndEpisodes Mentioned: How Much Protein is Too Much?Thank you for listening! History teaches that antisemitism is a disease which begins with the Jews but does not end with them. Once antisemitism is unleashed, it knows no bounds and can attack the very fabric of society. This deadly strain of hatred often turns against other minority groups too, not to mention foundational democratic values, beginning with equal rights and equal protection before the law. Therefore, antisemitism should be viewed as a universal human rights issue of importance to all, and not solely as a parochial Jewish or Israeli concern.Antisemitism: What Everyone Needs to Know (Oxford UP, 2025) explores how, in the 21st century, antisemitism is once again resurgent. In recent years, the FBI reported that well over half of all religiously motivated hate crimes in the United States targeted Jews, even though Jews comprise just over two percent of the population. It is striking how little understood antisemitism, including the term itself, still is. This extends quite widely to political leaders, educational authorities, law enforcement and the judiciary, civic groups, and media outlets. Polls have also shown how knowledge of the Holocaust, which was widely considered to be a firewall against the resurgence of antisemitism, is declining, notwithstanding ongoing attention to the topic in education, museums and memorials, and culture. Check out and download Vivian's new app, Ask Dolly! Vivian gets candid about what the Federal Reserve, aka the Fed, actually is and how it affects you! In this episode, she breaks down everything you need to know about the Federal Reserve to make wise and informed decisions with your money. In this episode, you'll learn: 1. What the Federal Reserve actually is, why it was created, and how this one institution quietly controls the interest rates on your mortgage, credit cards, student loans, and retirement savings. 2. What it actually means when the Fed raises or cuts rates: who wins, who loses, and why their decisions almost never make everyone happy at the same time. 3. Why Trump's push to fire Fed Chair Jerome Powell and board member Lisa Cook is such a big deal, what it would mean for your wallet if he succeeds, and why both Republicans and Democrats are drawing the line here.
