Body image and finding a healthy relationship with food is one of the hardest aspects of athlete retirement. When you stop training, your body changes and athletes often feel tempted to diet to "get their body back". In this episode, I chat with registered dietician and synchronized swimmer Katie Spada about why athletes are at risk of developing unhealthy relationships with food, how they get drawn into extreme dieting and what you can do to break free of the fight with food.
