Starting as a bus boy at age 13 in Scottsdale he worked his way up the ranks and later became a Master Sommelier taking the Wine Director position at The Little Nell in Aspen, and the world renowned French Laundry in Yountville. He now runs Frasca Hospitality and over the past year he has been one of the main leaders and founders of the Independent Restaurant Coalition where he fought daily with Congress and politicians to fund the RRF and make specific changes to the PPP for the hospitality industry.
Gavin Kaysen is one of America's most influential Chefs. He is the owner of Soigne Hospitality which has several restaurants and brands under it. Gavin is a force of change in the hospitality space and is one of the kindest men I know. The mentors he has in his life taught him the value of mentorship and it's amazing to hear what he's doing and how he is changing the mindset of the hospitality profession.
