Stockage binaire (emplacement, chiffrement, versions). Minimum pour démarrer (4 composants): Implémenter Path (représente fichier/répertoire). Étendre FileSystem (instance du système). Étendre FileSystemProvider (moteur, enregistré par scheme). Enregistrer FileSystemProvider via META-INF/services. Solution : Reciprocal Rank Fusion (RRF). Prérequis : IntelliJ IDEA 2025.3+, Node.js (v20+), Gemini CLI. Étapes : Installer Gemini CLI (npm install -g @google/gemini-cli). Localiser l'exécutable gemini. Configurer ~/.jetbrains/acp.json (chemin exécutable, --experimental-acp, use_idea_mcp: true). Ved. Liepa Želnienė
Anot finansų ministro Kristupo Vaitiekūno, Europos Komisija praėjusiais metais Lietuvoje priimtus mokestinius pakeitimus pripažino tinkamais ir už tai pagal planą „Naujos kartos Lietuva“(RRF)sumokės 464 mln. eurų. Tiesa, norint gauti likusius RRF pinigus dar liko atsiskaityti už dvi dar neįgyvendintas reformas.
Welcome to EO Radio Show – Your Nonprofit Legal Resource. As 2024 draws to a close, it seemed to me that this is a good time to share my year-end thoughts on essential annual governance responsibilities for nonprofits and also to check in on other housekeeping that busy nonprofits sometimes overlook, and that could be a good start for nonprofit leaders to put on their list of things to do in the coming year. This episode refreshes the advice in episode 25 from December 2022. Other than updating the years by adding two at each reference, the advice still stands. I hope you find it helpful food for thought as you consider where your organization is on all these compliance matters and what might need to be attended to as this year comes to a close. Or, if you run out of time, these can be the basis for your 2025 New Year's resolutions for your charity.
In the wake of the Covid pandemic, the European Union launched the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) - a package of around 700 billion euros to help member states recover from the economic impact and build for the future.Greece's portion of these funds is considered vital for the country's efforts to overcome the effects of its long economic crisis, as well as the disruption caused by the pandemic. The Greek government dubbed its RRF-related scheme "Greece 2.0", claiming it would help transform the country.A couple of years in, how is Greece 2.0 performing? Has it had a transformative effect? How much money is Greece absorbing and where is it being invested? These are some of the questions that Nick Malkoutzis and MacroPolis features editor Georgia Nakou attempt to answer in this episode.Useful ReadingMacroPolis - Great Expectations: Is Greece 2.0 hitting the target? Erről Madár Istvánt, a Portfolio vezető makrogazdasági elemzőjét kérdeztük.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

In addition to the tragic loss of lives in the Maui wildfire, residents and insurance companies are assessing property losses which are currently coming in at about $3.2 billion. But it won't just be Maui residents paying for this fire. Insurance companies will be raising rates for everyone to help cover their losses. Hi, I'm Kathy Fettke and this is Real Estate News for Investors. If you like our podcast, please subscribe and leave us a review. As reported by Barron's, insurance companies won't have any problem paying claims for fire losses in Maui. The U.S. property and casualty industry is well-capitalized with about $980 billion at the end of last year. That's according to the Insurance Information Institute. The Institute's Janet Ruiz told Barron's: “The Hawaii insurance market is stable. Insurance companies are prepared to handle catastrophes.” Property Insurance Rates But analysts and industry experts say insurance companies are already raising rates as natural disasters cause more and more damage across the U.S. and the Maui wildfire will only reinforce this trend. Insurance companies will raise rates based on what they expect to pay out in the next few years. The National Interagency Fire Center says an average of 4.4 million acres have been burned by wildfires in the U.S. each year for the past decade. Currently, the average cost of homeowners' insurance is about $1,700 a year or about 10% more than it was just one year ago. Scaling Back Insurance Coverage In addition to raising rates, insurance companies have also been scaling back coverage in areas they see as the riskiest. State Farm and Allstate have stopped selling new policies in California. Farmers Insurance is also restricting coverage in California and Florida. Analyst Adam Klauber at William Blair told Barron's: “We'll continue to see more geographic restrictions and nonrenewals.” That's expected to push those consumers into the surplus market for coverage, which will cost more and cover less. Families Without Property Insurance There's also another side to the devastating impact of the Maui fire. Many of the residents live in homes that have been in their families for generations. If they are fully paid for without a mortgage, there's no home insurance requirement. News reports say that many of the victims are working class families who may not have splurged on home insurance, and for people without any insurance, rebuilding could be difficult or even impossible. What was already a difficult housing shortage before the fire, it is now much worse. Demand has increased for homes in Maui as remote workers expand their horizons, and pay cash for homes on the island paradise. Short-term rentals have also reduced the supply of affordable homes. That's left many working class families renting homes or sharing homes with extended family members. And it's these folks who are crucial to Maui's tourism industry. High Cost of Living It's not cheap to live in Hawaii. Many products like food and building materials need to be imported, and that makes them more expensive. And there will be a huge need for rebuilding. Maui officials say the fire damaged or destroyed almost 3,000 structures. But before that happens, displaced residents need to find a place to stay. The Washington Post reports that a local Realtors association is hoping to get many of those people into vacation homes that are currently vacant. Investors and realtors are also reportedly contacting victims with offers to buy their scorched land. That's triggered some amount of outrage and a warning on Instagram by an organization dedicated to the preservation of land and native species in Hawaii. The message begins: “I am so frustrated with investors and realtors calling the families who lost their home, offering to buy their land. How dare you do that to our community right now.” Realtors Donating $1.5 Million On a brighter note, the National Association of Realtors also announced that the REALTORS Relief Foundation is donating $1.5 million in disaster aid to the Hawaii REALTORS association to help communities devastated by the fire. Relief Foundation President Mike McGrew says: “Maui's recent wildfires have deeply impacted its residents, and we stand by them during this challenging time. RRF grants aim to ease the path toward recovery, offering tangible aid to those rebuilding their lives. Editorial: A mãozinha federal para governadores e prefeitos gastadores
The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) began distribution of returned funding in the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) program, following the program's closure in June 2021. In doing so, the SBA worked with the advice of the Department of Justice on a plan to distribute the remaining funds, approximately $83 million. The SBA has contacted the recipients of the awards. In addition to other SBA assistance programs, the RRF has helped more than 100,000 restaurants and other food and beverage business owners survive the pandemic. Just before the Thanksgiving holiday, the U.S. Small Business Administration announced that the government agency would be distributing $83 million in unobligated Restaurant Revitalization Fund money to 169 restaurant operators with pending RRF applications. Over the summer, NRN reported on an independent audit by the U.S. Government Accountability Office that found the SBA was sitting on $180 million of unobligated Restaurant Revitalization Fund money. At the time, the SBA said that they planned to distribute the funds with help from the Justice Department, though no further details were available. Earlier this month, the SBA provided an update that no further applications were needed, and funding would be distributed soon on a “first-applied, first-serve basis.” According to the National Restaurant Association, the previous estimate of $180 million in leftover funding was inaccurate, and the $83 million represents the last of the RRF funding that any restaurant will ever see. Grants will be distributed in the order in which applications for the original RRF grants were received last year, starting this week. Operators will have until March 2023 to spend the money. The Restaurant Revitalization Fund was all anyone could talk about for months when the pandemic started. It became a major lifeline for struggling restaurants who couldn’t receive Paycheck Protection Program loans. Then it ran out of funds. A second round of RRF funds were voted on and rejected by Congress, leaving struggling restaurants stranded without a lifeline. Turns out, that wasn’t the case. During an investigation this summer, an independent body found out that $180 million in funds hadn’t been distributed from the original RRF. While that may seem like a lot — and will make a substantial difference for many restaurants when and if it is eventually distributed — it’s only 1% of the money the fund held initially. Here’s Joanna Fantozzi with some breaking news on the RRF front and a much-needed update. Plus, catch up on all the top news of the day with our daily news recap at the beginning of each episode. A Guatemalan chicken chain is primed for U.S. growth. Restaurant workers at San Francisco's airport are going on strike. And what's next for the Independent Restaurant Coalition now that the RRF is dead?
The SBA is set to award an added $180 million in unspent funds allocated for the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) back in 2021. This is not an infusion of funds into the RRF currently; in fact, a new law was introduced and passed by the House of Representatives to replenish the RRF with more than $40 billion, but it did not pass the Senate (See June 2022 update below). It is not clear how, when, or to whom these RRF grants will be issued, so do not throw away any correspondence from the SBA because you may be one of the lucky stores to receive an extremely late RRF grant! As we learn more from the SBA about the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) and any updates surrounding it, we will continue to make updates on the blog post and right here on The Tip Share! Restaurant sales keep growing--and it might have groceries to thank. Yet the industry still had a bad day on Wall Street. And the Senate is expected to vote today on re-upping the RRF.
In the latest Boiled Down podcast, we have a conversation with one of the hospitality industry's ‘most influential' leaders, Chip Rogers, President & CEO of the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA). Our host and ORLA Director of Government Affairs, Greg Astley, talks with Chip about the positive impacts from ARPA funds, the effect of business travel on industry recovery, and federal advocacy relating to lodging industry issues including illegal short-term rentals. Hear more on how the AHLA and the AHLA Foundation have been investing in various initiatives focused on addressing workforce issues– like the new Hospitality is Working campaign– and supporting our communities. Guest: Chip Rogers, President & CEO, American Hotel & Lodging Association Advocacy Watch: Paid Family Leave, OSHA's Workplace Heat and Smoke Rules, and the Latest Intelligence on the RRF
Next week, the Senate will vote on whether or not to replenish the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF). Nearly 200,000 restaurants were approved to receive grants from the RRF before it ran out of funds in 2021. The fund could provide $40 billion to the restaurant industry, funds that are essential for the survival of our independent and local restaurants. Call our Senators at 202-224-3121 and tell them to vote YES to replenish the RRF.
Today I breakdown Reef Kitchens as they seek an ownership stake in 800 Degrees Go, a joint venture between restaurant chain 800 Degrees and robotics company Piestro, 800 Degrees Go announced Thursday. Reef will also open 500 800 Degrees Go locations through 2027, and Kenneth Rourke, Reef's EVP of kitchens and brands, has joined 800 Degrees Go's board.800 Degrees Go currently operates out of 40 Reef locations in 13 markets and expect to open 100 more units this year, according to the press release. Reef initially announced a deal with 800 Degrees eight months ago to operate 500 mobile units by 2026. These plans and Reef's current deal with 800 Degrees Go are one and the same, 800 Degrees CEO Tommy Lee wrote in an email to Restaurant Dive. This past Thursday the House of Representatives passed The Relief for Restaurants and Other Hard Hit Small Businesses Act of 2022 (H.R. 3807), which would add $42 billion into The Restaurant Revitalization Fund. The bill, which will soon face the Senate, would also allocate $13 billion for other businesses with less than 200 employees that were hurt by the pandemic environment. If H.R. 3807 passes the Senate, the 177,000 restaurants that were approved for RRF grants but did not receive funding before the portal closed are already in a queue to receive grants, legislators said on a media call hosted by the Independent Restaurant Coalition on Thursday afternoon. About 20% of the industry will be eligible and will be asked by the SBA to sign a form confirming their businesses are either open or will reopen in the next sixth months. No additional application requirements will be necessary.
In the latest Boiled Down podcast, ORLA speaks with our advocacy colleagues at the National Restaurant Association to discuss the federal advocacy landscape for the restaurant industry. From replenishing the RRF to reinstating the ERTC, things are getting more difficult to move along given a less-motivated partisan Congress right now. Hear how the National Restaurant Association and ORLA continue to push for business-supporting legislation. This week on the Extra Serving podcast, a production of Nation’s Restaurant News, NRN editors Holly Petre, Sam Oches, and Joanna Fantozzi spoke about the return of the Restaurant Revitalization Fund. As the three editors hit the record button, the RRF was passed in the House of Representatives, securing $42 billion in funding for restaurants who did not receive funding the first time around. However, while on the podcast, news broke that the Senate would not be taking up a vote until after April recess. Hear what the editors had to say about this shocking news. Plus, the editors discussed Virtual Dining Concepts new CEO, Stephanie Sollers. Sollers comes to VDC from DoorDash and, as the editors discuss, will be able to help the brand mature past its current stage. But what does it mean that this company is getting its first-ever CEO? Is this finally the start of a new segment? The editors discuss. Also, Petre, Fantozzi, and Oches discuss Chipotle entering the metaverse. While the fast-casual brand is following in Wendy’s footsteps just a week later, it’s entering the metaverse with a game. Learn more about the gamification of the metaverse and how this could impact the way brands enter the metaverse in the pod. Lastly, Fantozzi speaks with J.R. Galardi, CEO of Wienerschnitzel as he takes over the reins at the family-run company. They talk about what it’s like to be part of a family run company and the brand’s plans for growth.
Sen. Patty Murray spoke on the Senate floor in support of the continuing emergency support for restaurants act – a bill that would allocate $48 billion for the RRF; your government affairs team secured temporary alcohol to-go allowances. This week on the Extra Serving podcast, a production of Nation’s Restaurant News’ Last Bite Network, NRN editors Holly Petre, Leigh Anne Zinsmeister and Sam Oches discussed the wave of restaurants showing support for Ukraine by closing restaurants in Russia. Companies from McDonalds to Yum Brands to Papa Johns released statements intending to close Russian units or halt Russian expansion is the wake of the attack on Ukraine. The team discussed how Vladimir Putin has been trying to fight against these restaurants showing support for Ukraine and how the industry has been showing its support for Ukraine in other ways. The team also discussed President Biden’s new regulations on cryptocurrency and what that means for the booming market here in the restaurant space. Will it limit the industry’s expansion into the metaverse? Find out more in the podcast. And finally, the team discusses the future of RRF which was pulled from the omnibus spending bill this week in the Senate. Though it wasn’t a surprise to the team, it pulled the final rug out from a lot of independent restaurants who were relying on that money to get through the last leg of the pandemic. Donna Tuttle, Whataburger’s group director for brand communications and culture, spoke with Oches at IFMA’s COEX about how the regional chain has been handling the labor crisis by paying managers six-figure salaries and offering careers.

Bobby Stuckey is a restauranteur in Boulder Co. His resume is beyond impressive. Starting as a bus boy at age 13 in Scottsdale he worked his way up the ranks and later became a Master Sommelier taking the Wine Director position at The Little Nell in Aspen, and the world renowned French Laundry in Yountville. He now runs Frasca Hospitality and over the past year he has been one of the main leaders and founders of the Independent Restaurant Coalition where he fought daily with Congress and politicians to fund the RRF and make specific changes to the PPP for the hospitality industry.
While Congress created the Restaurant Revitalization Fund to provide relief to restaurants, a business sector extremely hard-hit by government-imposed shutdowns and other restrictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone knew the demand for the funds would be far greater than the supply. According to the SBA, more than 278,000 applications were received by June 30th, seeking more than $72.2 billion in funding. The SBA closed the program and stopped accepting applications on July 2nd, but less than 10 days after the SBA launched the RRF Portal on May 3rd, the applications submitted equated to more than twice the amount of funds available. During this week's episode of The Tip Share, RASI Director of Compliance, Brian Smith, sits down with RASI New Business Development Strategist, Dave Downs to discuss the latest updates within the RRF and the need-to-know details for those who received funding. With the Restaurant Revitalization Fund leaving more than a quarter-million applicants unfilled, states are beginning to step up and help out the hospitality industry. Several states have created their own restaurant funds to help with things like lost revenue, equipment, and worker shortages. Oh, how we hardly knew ye Restaurant Revitalization Fund. After serving just 105,000 restaurant operators over less than a single month, the RRF is officially being shut down by the SBA. Despite having a total of $26.8 billion in funding, the RRF flew through its allotted amount of money quickly. With lawsuits alleging discrimination and the rescinding of thousands of grants, some are viewing the RRF as a complete failure. On this episode of the Happy Mouth podcast, restaurateur Philip Camino and chef Nyesha Arrington take a look back at the RRF and its pending shutdown. Nyesha and Philip also discuss if the RRF was a failure and what should have been done differently. Listen to Philip and Nyesha discuss the RRF ending: The RRF opened for applications on May 3, 2021, receiving more than 186,000 applicants in the first two days The RRF had been funded with $28.6 billion, with $5 billion earmarked for small businesses -- Which ran out in just 21 days Women, veterans, and those who are socially and economically disadvantaged received priority That priority treatment spurred several lawsuits against the Small Business Association (SBA), including one that was successful The SBA has rescinded almost 3,000 awards from those prioritized individuals A bill was introduced in the Senate to refill the fund with a proposed $60 billion, though it's struggling to find bipartisan support The SBA has announced they'll disable the RRF portal on July 14, meaning they'll no longer accept applications The SBA awarded money to 105,000 restaurant operators before funds ran out, though 265,000 applications didn't receive any money Links: Happy Mouth Podcast Instagram Restaurant Business - SBA pulls the plug on the Restaurant Revitalization Fund Restaurant Business - SBA stops Restaurant Revitalization Fund payments after courts rule they're discriminatory Independent Restaurant Coalition - Contact Congress Deeper Dive podcast - Is there any hope for the Restaurant Revitalization Fund? The Restaurant Revitalization Fund was a massive hit, earning nearly 200,000 applicants in the first two days. But nearly two months after sending out the first checks, the SBA has been rescinding some RRF grants without a clear explanation. Hosts Philip Camino and Nyesha Arrington break down the latest RRF updates and RRF information. They discuss what issues the RRF has had thus far, the beginning funding mistakes that led to these issues, and what it could mean for those restaurants who had awards rescinded. Listen to Philip and Nyesha give a RRF update: RRF money ran out quickly, getting applications for $65 billion despite just $28.6 billion being earmarked In Tennessee and Texas, 3 restaurants sued the SBA for distributing the funds in a discriminatory way Though some applicants have already received their funds, the SBA has sent over 3,000 letters to rescind its awards, including to women and military-owned restaurants and disadvantaged individuals Owners whose grants were taken away will see “fully canceled” on their application status However, those applications will be kept in place and on the date they're filed so that businesses with rescinded grants won't have to file a new application and will be further up the line if the SBA receives more funds In the 3rd round of rescinded grants, the SBA sent out a letter that sometimes incorrectly said businesses had applied for the SVOG (Shuttered Venue Program) or defaulted on an SBA loan, making them ineligible for the RRF Despite all the issues, the SBA has remained mostly silent, creating further frustration Links: Happy Mouth Podcast Instagram National Restaurant News - SBA remains silent on RRF confusion Restaurant Business - More restaurants have their RRF awards rescinded Restaurant Dive - SBA rescinds more RRF grants Happy Mouth podcast - RRF gets 186k applicants in first 2 days Happy Mouth podcast - Revisiting the Restaurant Revitalization Fund We have a lot more content coming your way!
