This has been occuring in all 50 states, and currently the Department of Agriculture would like you to not plant the seeds, because it could be an invasive species, carrying a fungus, bacteria, virus, etc. If you happen to receive one of these packages of seeds in the mail labeled "Jewlery" or "ring" and it contains seeds, or if you did not order any seeds and receive some in the mail.
