What Happens When Your Twin Flame Comes Back

In this episode, Elle is finally opening the conversation she has never taught publicly before: what happens when your twin flame comes back. For years, the focus has been pre-magnetization: what is actually keeping them away, what push energy looks like, why letting go does not mean what most people think it means, and why every move made from the wrong energetic place keeps the outcome the same. But what happens after they return? Why can the return feel harder than the silence? Why does fear-based energy activate so intensely when contact resumes? Why do so many people sabotage the connection right when it finally looks like things are coming together? This is post-magnetization. In this episode, Elle explains why the return is not the end of the work, why your energy matters even more when they are physically present, and why she has never taught this publicly before now. She also introduces **Twin Flame Truth® Live**, happening June 2, 3, and 4, 2026: a 2-day virtual event plus VIP Day where Love Physics™ gets applied live to both phases of the twin flame connection. Day 1 is Pre-Magnetization: what is actually keeping them away, what push energy looks like, and why everything you have tried has kept the outcome the same. Day 2 is Post-Magnetization: what happens when they come back, what your energy needs to look like in those moments, and why this is where the connection is won or lost. General Admission is $49 through May 21 and increases to $77 on May 22. VIP is $197 and includes a personal voice note response from Elle on your specific situation, lifetime recordings, and access to the private Telegram channel during the event. Join Twin Flame Truth® Live here: https://ellehariuniversal.thrivecart.com/twin-flame-truth-live/  Day 2 has never existed publicly before now. That alone is reason to be there.

The Confidence Chronicles

I never thought I would see this moment happen in Australia. As a Puerto Rican woman who has lived here for 16 years, watching Bad Bunny perform in Sydney to a packed stadium was emotional in ways I can't fully explain. Thousands of people singing in Spanish. Puerto Rican flags everywhere. Latinos from all over the world connecting in a country where Spanish speakers are such a small percentage of the population. It was powerful. It was joyful. It was deeply personal. But this episode isn't just about the concert. It's about identity, authenticity, personal branding, and the power of showing up unapologetically as yourself. Bad Bunny isn't just one of the biggest artists in the world. He's built a global movement by being radically authentic — and there are massive lessons in that for anyone building a business, a brand, or a life where you refuse to play small. In this episode, I share the full story of the weekend, the Puerto Rican community we found here in Australia, and the powerful business and life lessons behind the experience. Because when you truly own who you are… Everything changes. In This Episode • What it felt like seeing Bad Bunny perform in Australia • Why the moment meant so much as a Puerto Rican living abroad • The unexpected community that formed around the concert • The power of authenticity in building a global brand • What entrepreneurs can learn from Bad Bunny's personal brand • Why being unapologetically yourself attracts the right people • The difference between followers and real community • How cultural pride and identity shape the work we do Key Takeaway You don't build a powerful brand by blending in. You build it by owning exactly who you are. Bad Bunny didn't become the biggest artist in the world by trying to fit in. He did it by turning himself all the way up. And that's the lesson. im and Todd sit down for their annual "Bourbon on the Banks" wrap-up show, joined by two key figures behind the successful event, Diane Strong and Renee True. As longtime listeners and friends of the show, Diane and Renee dive deep into a "postmortem" of the 2025 festival, discussing its record-breaking successes, logistical challenges, and plans for the future, all while tasting a couple of the event's exclusive barrel picks. The tasting kicks off with the Pursuit United Bourbon on the Banks Pick, a 108-proof bourbon finished with a unique tobacco stave. Todd, Diane, and Renee, who were all part of the large selection team, reflect on their choice, noting that the crowd-pleasing "sweet" and "smooth" profile made it a winner. The pour is rich with notes of sweet pipe tobacco, caramel, and a distinct chocolaty, candy-like quality. The group discusses the massive success of the festival's single-barrel pick program, which featured 11 or 12 different selections this year. Many, like the Bluegrass and Chicken Cock picks, sold out quickly. They also highlight the "rock star" quality of the picking teams, which often included a mix of industry professionals and highly knowledgeable consumers, ensuring a high standard across the board. Diane and Renee share insights into the festival's record-breaking year. The Friday night VIP event, which celebrated "Women in Bourbon," was a huge success. The event's auction was a standout, raising over $22,000 for local charities. Attendance for the main festival hit a new high, selling out a full month in advance and welcoming over 300 more attendees than the previous year. The tiered ticket structure (Special Access, Early Access, General Admission, and Twilight) was successful, and due to positive feedback, the event may be extended by an hour in 2026. The second pour comes with a fantastic backstory: the Dark Arts Bourbon on the Banks 2024 Pick. Due to a distributor mix-up, this 7.5-year-old bourbon, finished in Tokai wine casks, was mistakenly absent from the 2024 festival. The bottles were held in a warehouse for a year and finally made their debut at the 2025 event. Jim, Todd, and Renee—who also selected this barrel—revisit their 113.24-proof pick, praising it as "dessert in a glass" with decadent notes of fig, sweet caramel, and deep, rich oak. The conversation covers the entire weekend, from the positive feedback on the Thursday night "Whiskey Thieves Kickoff" and "Bourbon Street on Broadway" to the packed after-party. A major logistical victory for 2025 was the permanent relocation of the local farmer's market, which previously conflicted with setup. This new freedom will allow the festival to start earlier next year. They also discuss attendee feedback, such as requests for lanyards and a mobile app, and the great community response to inviting more social media influencers and YouTubers to cover the event, which Diane notes helps shine a light on the smaller, craft distilleries that make the festival unique. Be sure to check out our private Facebook group, "The Bourbon Roadies" for a great group of bourbon loving people. You will be welcomed with open arms!

We start in the anecdote Wild West. Specifically it was wild [north] west London for Elis as he's been to Oasis in credibility damaging seats. The best seats in the house, surrounded by some of the most famous people in the country. He *could* have asked for General Admission. But he didn't and that suggestion is shoved up the tunnel of anguish.City backline Akanji, Dias and Gvardiol were all with him and all saw him in tears. Incidentally Gvardiol was papped on commando retreat this summer smeared in war paint. Something you wouldn't catch Elis doing as he nibbles on his prawn sandwiches. But there are others swinging into the anecdote town, including the most handsome cowboy around, Luke McQueen. We also receive reflections on Elis's inability to remember Pythagoras' theorem and open up his big ideas box which contains the phrase “health podcast”. *AND* there's a potential ill-thought out feature in the offing. I’m sitting at a table with two people: Patrick and Conway. In front of me, there’s a knife. I could use the knife to cut the food on my plate. Or I could lunge across the table and stab Conway with it. If I did that, what would you say Patrick is supposed to do? He could do nothing. He could call 911 – to get an ambulance for Conway and a cop to arrest me. Or he could intervene – try and subdue me before I hurt Conway or other people. That is, in fact, more or less what Patrick Young actually does. Every day. For 3 years Patrick was the Director of Gun Violence Prevention for the City of New Orleans. In 2024 he founded 4 Social Peace. It’s the first organization in the country dedicated solely to digital community violence intervention. 4 Social Peace focuses on the links between threats and aggression on social media, real world crime, and the struggles of people trying to re-integrate after being released from incarceration. It's rooted in Patrick’s lived experience. Well, the good news is, I didn’t stab Conway Solomon, so I can tell you - he’s Co-Founder and CEO of a company called Wrstbnd. We first met Conway in 2020 when we were doing Out to Lunch on Zoom because of the pandemic and Conway had plenty of time on his hands because nobody was going to a live event where they’d be needing a hi-tech electronic wristband to get in the door. That was then. Today Wrstbnd is a real-world applied technology success story. It’s – as the name suggests - a wristband - that’s also an integrated event organization gadget and platform - kind of like a live event version of the Apple Watch or the Oura Ring. A person attending an event gets an electronic wristband that, first of all, allows people to flow into a big event in almost real time without stopping to have a ticket checked. The Wrstbnd knows whether people are VIPs or have special needs and tracks their whereabouts. It can be used for super-fast transactions – think, speeding up the lines for drinks, food or merch. Wrstbnd partners with international event promotion company AEG, one of the producers of New Orleans Jazz Fest. Out to Lunch was recorded live over lunch at Columns in Uptown New Orleans. We really, really liked Coal Chamber's self-titled debut. We really, really do not like this. One of nu-metal's most famous cases of a sophomore slump, the band runs away from the silliness and giant riffs that made them popular on their first record in favor of something more serious, more professional, and less nu-metal. It turns out they are not very good at that. Bryan takes us back to hearing this album for the first time in 1999 and hating it instantly, giving us insight into being a Coal Chamber fan in the moment and not just now, in 2025. Unfortunately, it also sucks now, and the articles don't help the band either, as it's a wild collection of quotes about not wanting to be compared to Korn, writing "happy" music, and showcasing a band that was clearly at odds with each other over their sound. Your brain isn't broken—it's underpowered. Energy crashes, poor sleep, brain fog, and emotional reactivity don't just happen. You're running on low voltage, and your mind pays the price. In this episode, Dave sits down with Dr. Patrick Porter, founder of BrainTap, to reveal how to reprogram your brain using light, sound, and guided visualization—no substances, no side effects, no BS. Dr. Porter breaks down how to activate gamma brainwaves, repair trauma loops, access psychedelic-like states, and boost cognitive performance by 19% in just six weeks. You'll learn why most brains burn out decades too soon—and how to charge yours back up. What You'll Learn in This Episode: • How to flood your brain with energy and wake it up • The light and sound protocol that mimics psychedelics—safely • What gamma brainwaves unlock—and how to generate them on demand • Why your default mode network traps you in stress and distraction • The BrainTap protocol that improved cognition by 19% in 6 weeks • A real-life transformation story that rewrote one woman's fate • The link between sleep, trauma, brain states, and performance • How to build a brain that performs like it's decades younger This episode gives you a playbook to reclaim your focus, deepen your rest, and experience the full range of human consciousness—without touching a drug. Turn your brain on. Then turn it up. SPONSORS -STEMREGEN | Head to https://www.stemregen.co/dave for 20% off your first order. -BON CHARGE | Go to https://boncharge.com and use code DAVE for 15% off.
