The United States of America is facing a dramatic shortage of tradespeople. We are running out of plumbers, electricians, carpenters, welders, and so many other skilled workers. Why? More people are retiring out of trades, than going into them. Yet the demand and salaries have never been higher. What is behind the trades-gap? Stigma? High schools? Parents? Ironically, trade schools? And more importantly, what can we do to fix it? Join us every other week to interview different tradespeople and start a dialogue surrounding what they do. Our goal? Simple. Make trades sexy.
