Democrats swept elections across the country, from New York City to New Jersey to Virginia to California, a resounding rejection of Trump, MAGA, and their politics of chaos. And let's just say… Donald Trump is not taking it well. Tonight, Don is joined by an all-star panel of friends of the show, Jennifer Welch, Reecie Colbert, Clay Cane, and Jolly, to break down the results, the message voters sent, and what this means for the road ahead. It's celebration meets analysis, and yes, a little well-earned gloating.
Journalist Jesse Bogan of the Marshall Project reports on the case of Megan Jolly, a 52-year-old woman who has been jailed at the St. Charles County Justice Center for nearly two years. Jolly is among more than 500 Missouri defendants deemed mentally incompetent to stand trial and are waiting for a state-mandated treatment to restore competency. The backlog has surged since 2013, leaving many in limbo. Bogan discusses why the Missouri Department of Mental Health is “continually at absolute bed capacity for competency restoration”. He also gives further details on Jolly and other defendants awaiting psychiatric treatment.

A 1968 Halloween "Spook Show" in the Midwest left an unsettling heritage of urban legends possibly rooted in even more unsettling facts. What little is definitively known regarding this event comes from the newspaper archives of the Danville News-Gazette, in which we find a short October 28 promo piece in the "Entertainment" section featuring this photo presumed to be of the impresario behind it all, J. Jolly. "Dr. Killer Hertz" will speak to "Space Spirits" (courtesy News-Gazette). There is also this advertisement for the event: Courtesy News-Gazette. That's all the story you need for now. You can form your own opinions as we grope our way between fact and fiction. Headphones and lights out for best results!
Christmas Eve is supposed to be magical—a night filled with joy, anticipation, and holiday wonder. But for one teenager, it became something far darker. This true story of a haunted Christmas begins with a simple tradition: sleeping by the warm glow of the wood stove on an air mattress. But in the middle of the night, the sound of footsteps echoed across the ceramic floor—footsteps that moved slowly, deliberately… and then disappeared back upstairs. The next morning, when he asked his parents who had come downstairs, they were baffled. Neither of them had left their beds. There was no explanation, no prank, no reason anyone should have been in the room with him. To this day, they all swear it wasn't them. Was it the lingering spirit of someone tied to the house? Was it a phantom Santa—an entity born from collective belief and holiday energy? Or was it something much darker, cloaked in the season's disguise? #trueghoststory #hauntedhouse #realhaunting #ghostcaughtoncamera #scarychristmas #santaghost #realghoststories #creepystory #holidayhaunting #trueparanormal Love real ghost stories? The killing of Charlie Kirk has brought us to an incredibly dangerous political moment. Instead of waiting for facts, many on the right are rushing to blame the left, some even going so far as to call this a “war.” Little is known about the shooter, their motives, or affiliations, but what we do know is clear: escalating rhetoric and fueling division will only make this crisis worse. Trump's military and police takeover of D.C. is in full swing, but people aren't just rolling over. Protests are erupting across the city, and friend of the show, Jolly, is live on the ground bringing you the latest from those pushing back against authoritarian BS. And if that weren't enough, Trump held a truly deranged Oval Office press conference today where he suggested that some people actually want a dictator. Excuse us? Hard pass. We'll break it all down because democracy shouldn't come with cosplay generals and dictator auditions. This episode is sponsored by the Freedom from Religion Foundation. Earlier today, Trump held an unhinged press conference announcing his plans to take federal control of the D.C. police and deploy the National Guard in the nation's capital. His justification? “Crime.” The reality? D.C.'s crime stats are at their lowest in years, a detail he conveniently left out. Tonight, we're joined by Symone Redwine and Jolly to break down the authoritarian vibes, the political theater, and the facts Trump hopes you won't check. Audio data from various sources, detailing a full-day audit conducted at SITE2 on day 1322.MAJOR INSIGHT INTO:deployment of ANOMALY0 to disrupt federal procedureemotional volatility in ENTITY1 and ENTITY2's relationshipMINOR INSIGHT INTO:the institutional worship habits of "Inspector Yule B. Jolly"cross-camp dynamics between SITE2 and SITE4Important notes:The audit nearly resulted in the exposure of ENTITY2's necromantic classification. His documentation was demanded. Rather scary, no?ENTITY2 is showing clear signs of dissociation and depersonalization under pressure.ENTITY1 remains fixated on protection as a concept rather than a practice. His post-audit confrontation with ENTITY2 yielded no actionable resolution. Color me surprised.Disclaimer: Camp Here & There is intended for audiences aged 16+.
