Okay, I think you get it, we're talking about AVENGERS:ENDGAME and episode 2 & 3 of GAME OF THRONES. Settle in because it's a long one and we're going in deep and of course SPOILERS SPOILERS SPOILERS!!!!! ' Also, hey Alex we gotta get you on the show man!

We missed another one, IT IS KNOWN but tis the season for JAY to not be able breath through his nose again. But the podcast is back again, with a shorter episode this week because there are only two topics this week. the first topic because Jordan Peele's newest film has many things it's trying to say and we discuss a few of those things. WARNING, SPOILERS ARE DISCUSSED SO WATCH YOURSELF. And the jokes on no-one because the new Joker trailer starring Joaquin Phoenix was released and it actually looks pretty good. BUT HOLD ON it's just the first trailer let's wait to see what the DC/WB(!) produced film will be like in October. And SOMEBODY ONCE TOLD ME that ogre's are like onions. Because they stink and make people cry? No because they have layers! You know what else has layers? Cake! Everybody loves cake. No, donkey! Ogre's aren't like cake......I'm so sorry my fingers wouldn't stop tying once the Shrek references started. Please enjoy the episode....

Sorry there was no episode last week....and that this one is delayed a few days. But we're back! And we talk all those trailers that dropped recently. We also mention our feelings on Captain Marvel and the news of James Gunn being rehired by the Mouse House. Frank double downs on never getting hired by Disney, while Jay would love the opportunity to work for the future owner of all entertainment. Of course we talk about Nolan because it's kind of what we do.

Season 8 of Game of Thrones is fast approaching and as Jay's rewatch has gone in full swing it is time for Jay and Frank to discuss the world of GoT. How did they find the show? Did they read the books?(SORRY THEY DIDN'T) And how bad did the Red Wedding break them? Learn all that and more on how Jay and Frank think season 8 will go down and who will and won't survive and what kind of world will Game of Thrones leave us with? On another note, Spielberg gets clapped back online because he's in his feelings on Netflix's movies getting more Oscar love. Frank did you understand that last sentence? We talking about the Oscars, AGAIN! This time around we do a deep dive on what went down on this years Oscars. What this years Oscars means for the future and what we can learn from Oscar's past. Starting at the lynchpin Oscar year for Jay, the 2005 Academy Awards we go through and decide how often the Oscars get it right. SPOILER ALERT: In our opinion not often enough. Its a fun trip down memory and also kind of frustrating but that's life I guess......ANYWAYS after all the Oscars-hoopla the skies are now opening up and as dragons once fly through them, the true threat of the throne rears its ugly head and tears the ice wall down in its path. It can only mean one thing WINTER IS HERE. And so will our discussion of GoT. Soon.

mMMM Donuts. On THIS episode of the Manufactured Crisis podcast, I say Dune wrong when I first start talking about it. I don't know why but it happened, I eventually correct myself but THAT cast though. The Oscars need to grow a pair and probably hire Timothée Chalamet to host next year's show because the kid is on fire. Speaking of fire, THIS GIRL IS ON FIRE, Captain Marvel is next for the long running superhero series. And although the next Avengers is promising us the ENDGAME. Will these movies actually ever end? In other news, The King's Speech is a fine movie but have you seen the other movies nominated in the 2011 OSCARS???

Welcome back to another episode! On this one we dive back into some Academy Award drama. It seems like the Oscars are determined to fail this year but who cares BECAUSE BREAKING BAD IS BACK BITCHES. That's right we talk about the confirmation of the Br Ba followup movie and whether or not it will ruin the EXCELLENT finale of the show.
