XPCM11 – Um FII Mono Ativo De Tijolo XPCM11 é um fundo imobiliário do tipo tijolo. Seus investimentos são direcionados em propriedades comercias do segmento escritórios. Fundos com o perfil do XPCM11 possuem essa característica pelo motivo de obterem imóveis físicos, podendo o fundo rentabilizar através da compra ou construção para gerar aluguéis ou também ganhar com a venda dos imóveis. O XP Corporate Macaé é um fundo de investimento imobiliário do tipo ANBIMA renda gestão passiva de segmento lajes corporativas. É constituído sob a forma de condomínio fechado, com prazo de duração indeterminado, sendo regido por seu regulamento e pelas disposições legais que lhe forem aplicáveis. Características do fundo XPCM11 O Fundo Imobiliário XP Corporate Macaé foi constituído em janeiro de 2013 e tem por objeto a realização de investimentos imobiliários de longo prazo, por meio da aquisição e posterior gestão patrimonial. Suas cotas são destinadas a investidores em geral, sejam eles pessoas físicas ou jurídicas, fundos de investimento, ou quaisquer outros veículos de investimento, domiciliados ou com sede no Brasil ou no exterior. A parcela do patrimônio do XPCM11 não aplicada nos ativos imobiliários poderá ser aplicada em ativos de renda fixa. O fundo é administrado pela Rio Bravo Investimentos DTVM Ltda., e sua gestão feita pelo XP Gestão de Recursos Ltda. A administração irá realizar todas as operações e praticar todos os atos que se relacionem, direta ou indiretamente, com o funcionamento e a manutenção do fundo. As cotas do XP Corporate Macaé são negociadas com o código (ticker) XPCM11 no mercado de bolsa da B3 - Brasil, Bolsa e Balcão. Sua taxa de administração é de 0,80% ao ano sobre patrimônio líquido com mínimo de R$ 100.000,00 mensais corrigido pelo IGPM. A política de distribuição de rendimentos do XPCM11 deve distribuir a seus cotistas, no mínimo, 95% dos resultados auferidos, apurados segundo o regime de caixa. Os lucros auferidos mensalmente pelo fundo, serão distribuídos aos cotistas até o 10º dia útil do mês imediatamente subsequente ao de referência. Farão jus aos rendimentos os titulares de cotas do fundo no fechamento do último dia de cada mês, de acordo com as contas de depósito mantidas pelo Escriturador das cotas do fundo. FII is a quota that you get from a mall, hotel, business, etc. at a brokerage. FIIs pay dividends. What is it. Basically you get a proportion of the profit based on what you invest. EX: there is a Fiis called XPCM11 it yields 0.79 percent on average per month it means that if you invest 10000 thousand reais you will have a return of 79 reais every month.
