Guest Speaker - Tennille Davis, RN (Traveler Nurse) with 19 years of being a L&D nurse and most of those years as a traveler. She expresses her views on being a traveler nurse and how nurses from the South are flocking to Northern California for higher wages. She also gives her opinion on nurse entrepreneurship and the risks of falls that can happen in the NICU.

Guest Speaker Jonnie Buford, RN - Over 32 years in being a nurse in the health care industry shares her views on being a traveler and an Labor & Delivery nurse.  She elaborates on the importance for nurses to understand and know the hospital policies and continue to advance their education in this field.

Guest Speaker Susan Howard, Pharmacist and Pharmacy Director shares her views on Medication Errors which is one of the biggest issues with nurses in healthcare.  Susan also elaborates on the Antimicrobials Stewardship Program and seeking solutions to help expand the nurses knowledge along with the Interdisciplinary approach to decrease med erors.  (A correction in interviewing where she is on episode 5 instead of 6).
