Jason and I met in Eugene Oregon, at a hostel.  He shared a bit about his experience cycling across the USA... and what his 20 years of life have taught him.

In Hawai'i, on the island of Kaua'i, Anini beach. The sound of ocean waves and crickets filled the night, as Jay shares about nurturing character, staying open to learning, using the Thinking Mode to clear the mind, and shares the incredible amount of hope he has for the future. Ken, a resident of Salt Lake City, Utah (Murray), is 81 years old.  He was a barber for 40 years, and shared about what that was like. Ken knows how to connect with people in a remarkable way. Much of Ken's happiness in life comes from his relationship with his wife, Shirley. They have worked at their relationship, their communication, and Ken shared a little of how, along with many other great things.  Thank you Ken.

Thank you Buck, for doing your work, becoming self aware, and teaching those around you by being who you are. I could listen to this conversation over and over and still learn from it. This episode has 77 years of wisdom in it, not only that, but Buck has had 77 years of a great view of San Francisco.  We talked for a long time, and this is only part of the conversation.  Buck shared some remarkable things.  Including:  What a PhD doesn't teach you.  "Dancing Lessons" How to invite others (his kids) to communicate. Optics and stars!
