As the conversation on values continues, R.E.M.E discusses how self-awareness created his unique perspective on life. Shaquan elaborates on how breaking outside of social norms allowed him to gain self freedom. Unknowingly, the brothers realize how the two values are interconnected and can help to support the other.

Values are the basic fundamental beliefs that guide and motivate attitudes or one's judgment of what is important in life. R.E.M.E and Shaquan explore this definition and discuss the values they uphold most in their lives.
