In episode 376 of The Physical Performance Show, professional triathlete Ellie Salthouse joins Hugh Darnell and Brad Beer for a deeply honest conversation about resilience, pressure, and longevity in elite endurance sport. Recorded following knee surgery and a strong return to racing, this episode unpacks what it truly takes to rebuild confidence, performance, and belief when the path back to the start line is anything but straightforward. Ellie reflects on her Wollongong T100 performance, the physical and mental demands of injury rehabilitation, and the systems that now support her consistency at the pointy end of the sport. From working with specialist coaches and reshaping her mental game, to mastering race-day execution, fueling, recovery, and decision-making under pressure, Ellie shares the frameworks that continue to sustain her elite career.
Imagine spending $75,000 on Amazon ads and selling… just one $40K tiny home. That's exactly where our guest Caroline found herself after leaving her CFO job and investing $750K into luxury prefab homes. In this episode, she jumps on an onboarding call with Michael from Ad Badger to figure out how to fix a broken PPC strategy, stop wasting money on ridiculous keywords like “IKEA hats,” and actually scale her business. Listen in as they break down long sales cycles, high-ticket ad spend, and the exact steps to go from losing $10K per month to dominating the tiny home market on Amazon.
Today on the Logan Blackman Show we go over the most recent Lane Kiffin saga, which saw him leave Oxford for Baton Rouge to become the head coach of the LSU Tigers. We then take a look at the top Heisman Trophy candidates, going over their resumes as well as discussing whether or not if this has been a "bad" Heisman season. We also take a look at the recent College Football Playoff rankings, discussing who should or shouldn't be in as well as discuss why conference championship week doesn't feel the same as it has in years past. With that we go over our week 14 quarterback prospect rankings while also discussing why this class isn't as disappointing as it may seem. Finally we recap Iowa's season by grading Gronowksi, go over highs and lows of the 2024 quarterback draft class, and go over who are true Super Bowl contenders in the NFL. Enjoy!

What you think of yourself is directly correlated with the kind of man you are or will become. If you believe yourself to be a victim of circumstances beyond your control, you will be. My guest today, Jay Jairdullo, knows exactly what this is like after spending 25 years in law enforcement and now a college wrestling coach, he has had to redefine himself over and over again. Today, Jay and I talk about what he calls “false masculinity,” avoiding slipping back into old patterns, the importance of core values, overcoming the victimhood mentality, and keeping yourself and others off pedestals you don't belong.
