„Der beschwert sich immer!“ - Beschweren gilt oft als etwas Negatives. Als Nörgelnd. Dabei ist „Beschweren“ eine absolute Schlüsselkompetenz für Job und Privatleben. Aber wie macht man das am besten? Wann ist es angemessen, wann zu viel? Vielen Menschen fällt es schwer, für ihre Bedürfnisse und Rechte einstehen zu können. Sie erdulden oft jahrelang Dinge, die über ihre Grenzen gehen. Auf der anderen Seite der Skala gibt es Menschen, die als cholerisch und impulsiv gelten. Sie geraten teils in gefährliche Situationen oder disqualifizieren sich für Jobs, in denen Diplomatie und Freundlichkeit gefragt ist. Und dann gibt es noch jene, die sich beschweren, ohne etwas zu ändern. Ist es ok zu lästern um sich zu entlasten? Auch in der Gruppe? Oder sich bei Menschen beschweren, die mit dem Konflikt nichts zu tun haben? Spannend ist auch, wie eine Therapeutin oder ein Coach reagieren sollte, wenn eine Klientin sich über eine Kollegin beschwert. Wie sieht sie nun aus, die Kunst des Beschwerens? Wann, wo und wie sollten wir uns beschweren, so dass es einen guten Effekt hat und die Beziehung nicht über Gebühr belastet wird? Welche Formulierungen können helfen? Und an welchen Stellen können wir uns beschweren? An wen kann man sich wenden, wenn eine direkte Konfrontation ins Leere läuft? Welche Gesetze und Strukturen schützen Patient*innen und Arbeitnehmer*innen? Gibt es ethische Leitlinien, an die sich Führungskräfte oder Therapeut*innen halten müssen? Was besagen diese und was passiert, wenn sie nicht eingehalten werden? Wir tauchen ein in die Psychologie des Beschwerens und hören dazu:
