Im Kuhstall der Eltern startet er als Unternehmer den 2. Anlauf - durch den Verkauf von selbst erfundenen und handgeschöpften Schokoladekreationen. Kreativ die Kombinationen von Schokolade mit Heuschrecken, karamellisierten Mehlwürmern oder Schweineblut. Im Blut hat er das Unkonventionelle. Auf professionelle Weise verzichtet er auf Marktforschung und ignoriert traditionelle Businesspläne. In der Business-Szene sorgt er damit auch international für Aufsehen. Einsehen in seine Unternehmenspraxis lässt er auf Wunsch der Professoren der Harvard Universität daher die Student:innen in Boston. Verkosten dürfen die Besucher:innen seines Schoko-Laden-Theaters in der Steiermark die mehrfach ausgezeichneten Schokoladen. Erfreulich ist dabei, dass Josef Zotter meistens recht hat. Offen spricht er über seine Beziehung zu seinem Vater und erkennt, dass Widerstand und Stolz auf den zweiten Blick nahe beieinander liegen.
