For 4 years Sarah Ortiz was sexually molested by her Step-dad. Sarah wrote a note to her mother describing the abuse that took place in every room in the home. Now with her step-dad in prison for 20 years Sarah is on a mission to help anyone looking to come forward and share their story to help to break the cycle that almost always always happens in the home.

We have both had our ups and downs with weight, weight loss, depression and fitness. George had some awesome tips and pointers for getting started on your health journey and how to start.

Wendy and I spoke about health in the mind body and soul. She shared her own experience with weight loss, weight gain and how she did both. Meditation, stress reduction, life transformation were all part of a fun 1 hour conversation.

Dr David Mauricio is the new superintendent of the Peekskill Central School District and in 1 year has already made progress and improvements within the school district. I learned a lot about his passion to pay it forward and why he dedicates most of his time to improving the culture and education of Peekskill children. I learned more about education, technology, artificial intelligence, robotics, engineering, modern classrooms and calculators as well as new developments and plan for the Peekskill Central School district. He is committed to this community and all of its parts and I hope you learn from him as much as I did.

Frank Favia is a very busy comedian performing stand up every weekend all while teaching during the week as a gym teacher. He's been a fried for almost 30 years he provides great insight to comedy, his process of writing and how he turns negatives into positives.

Joey "The Dragon" Vitale is an MMA Fighter who is joining me to discuss his past with Domestic Abuse. He is using his platform as a fighter and his poor choices in the past to be an advocate for raising awareness about this sensitive issue. Christine McFadden joins us from the perspective as someone who has dealt with abuse, specifically her step-dad hurt her by pouring sulfuric acid on her face and body which cause permanent burns and almost ended her life. They are both here to talk about a serious issue that most are afraid to talk about and I give them all of my love for doing so and I hope you learn something from this discussion.
