Without question, this is the biggest match of 2020 thus far as the unbeaten Gordon host 2nd placed Norths in the local derby at Chatswood Oval. This may very well be the biggest Battle of the North since the 1998 Grand Final meeting as Gordon look to inch closer to a perfect regular season. The Stags are soaring and daring to dream big, but premierships aren't handed out after Round 4. A win at Manly Oval has evaded Gordon since 2008, setting that record straight will well and truly stamp their credentials as title fancies in 2020. But the Marlins will themselves be fired up after a shock 29-all draw against Hunter last week.
The Perth Wildcats have made 34 straight playoffs and won 10 championships, but believe it or not, there was a time where the Wildcats were mired in mediocrity. Then the Wildcats brought in Cal Bruton ahead of the 1987 season to turn things around and the rest is history. It's "Back to Wests" day for the Pirates who celebrate 25 years of West Harbour & 120 years of Western Suburbs rugby club. The Pirates have struggled thus far in 2020 but are good for an upset or two on big home days each season. Randwick have turned back the clock with their hot start to the season built on running rugby but if they dare turn their backs on the Pirates trouble could be ahead. Robbie Feldmann & Andrew Swain are at Woollahra Oval as the 1-2 Easts meet the 2-1 Eastwood in Round 4 action. Both sides had a very busy 2019 with one another highlighted by Eastwood's win in the Qualifying Final. Easts risk falling right behind the pack with a loss here while Eastwood are looking for a statement win on the road.
