We all have fears and worries. Those fears and worries become a crisis in our life when we prioritize those over other things in our life. That crisis leads to an unhealthy mental state. I sat down again with Jessica Honnell to talk about some tools people can use when they find themselves in the thick of anxiety/depression. We agree that there is not a "one-size fits all" approach when treating mental health. We know Jesus is a Healer. He did signs and wonders when He walked this earth. Sometimes we cry out to Him and beg and plead for healing. Sometimes we see it, sometimes we don't. In this episode, Lindsey sits down with Jessica Honnell to discuss some of the ideas she struggled with believing about healing and what she learned about Jesus in the process. We believe there is nothing our God can't do.
