Al and Josh do their Xmas tourney preview show but also talk about some college results from CKLV and a couple other events. Also an update on the new ref sponsor program!

We once again have long time official Rod Frost on the show to talk about rules changes and points of emphasis this year. We also talk a little college wrestling including discussing the argument going on among Hawkeye fans as Rod and Al were both on site when the issue went down.

In our first episode back before the season gets in full swing we have an interview with RCTC coach Andy Hackenmueller and then go over MN results from the toughest folkstyle tournament in the country along with some random tangents

Al and Josh talk about one of the most anticipated triangular events in recent memory, Simley hosts KM and Stillwater this Friday!  Before that we start with some Tulsa talk and look just a little at the talent in 2AAA this year, they’re going to win some hardware in March.

Al and Josh spend some time talking about the latest MSHSL guidelines and rules for the upcoming season including spectators, weighing in and skins checks, handshakes vs fist bumps, weight allowance and minimum weigh ins and other topics and then we talk a little actual wrestling and run through team rankings in all three classes!
