Trong khi đó chi phí để thu hút một khách hàng mới thường cao hơn gấp 5 lần so với chi phí để giữ chân một khách hàng cũ. Giải pháp tối ưu chi phí Marketing hiệu quả nhất lúc này: Remarketing.Nói một cách dễ hiểu, remarketing đơn giản là cách chúng ta tận dụng tối đa khách cũ, nhất là những người gần với mình nhất (những người vừa tương tác với thương hiệu, vừa mới mua hàng, vừa bỏ giỏ hay vừa theo dõi bạn trên mạng xã hội,...) Gần đây, tui tập trung vào làm remarketing cho một dự án, cải thiện trải nghiệm khách hàng và bất ngờ thay, tỷ lệ khách hàng quay lại đã tăng vọt từ 10% lên 41%. Rất tiết kiệm thời gian, công sức, nguồn lực và đem lại lợi nhuận cao dễ dàng hơn. Sao không làm? Dễ lắm, mọi người nghĩ đơn giản thôi. Bản chất của remarketing giống như việc chăm sóc một mối quan hệ. Giai đoạn đầu, khi còn cưa cẩm, còn trăng mật, chúng ta quan tâm, chăm chút người ấy từng li từng tí, hẹn hò, dating, dẫn đi ăn ngon, đi chơi, tình cảm khắng khít. Nhưng đến khi đã trở thành "vợ chồng", bạn lại lơ là, thờ ơ, coi sự tồn tại của họ như điều hiển nhiên. Không có chuyện đó đâu, ít nhất trong mối quan hệ khách hàng tui biết vậy. Khách hàng bây giờ rất quý giá, họ có quá nhiều lựa chọn tốt, họ dễ bị đối thủ nhanh tay cướp đi trong chớp mắt. Đáng lẽ ra, giai đoạn khi họ đã "chịu" mình, "trài nghiệm mình" mới là lúc cần tập trung và chăm sóc nhất, vì họ đã trở thành những người đặc biệt quan trọng với mình, ảnh hưởng nhiều đến cuộc đời và hạnh phúc của mình (hạnh phúc của chủ doanh nghiệp thì mọi người biết là gì rồi đó). Có không giữ, mất tìm người mới tốn công mà chưa chắc hợp, bạn nghe! Từ khóa quan trọng: trải nghiệm WOW. Mỗi khi khách hàng tương tác với thương hiệu, đều có những "điểm chạm". Nhưng họ sẽ mua nhiều nhất khi vừa trải qua một trải nghiệm WOW. Cụ thể như lúc sau khi xem một video cực hay, gặp một nhân viên tư vấn nhiệt tình, hay vừa nhận được một sản phẩm cực kỳ ưng ý.Cảm giác "Wow" kích hoạt một loại hormone hạnh phúc trong não bộ, gọi là dopamine. Khi họ cảm thấy hạnh phúc, họ sẽ sẵn sàng mở ví hơn, và quan trọng hơn, họ sẽ gắn kết cảm xúc với thương hiệu của bạn. Đó là lúc bạn chuyển đổi từ người bán hàng trở thành "người bạn đồng hành" của họ.
