Vicky and Steve share their story as Vicky embarks on a new pastime.  The reluctant cyclist is gently encouraged to give it a go and with some incentives along the way, the story and experiences unfold.  A joy to listen to a story that is probably more common than you think!

Vicky & Steve are married and live in London. The culinary art of making great soup varies from the home to the Michelin star restaurants. Despite that varience, there are often ways of doing things that need to be collectively considered for the good of the nation, especially where great food is concerned.  Did you know that making soup is one of those things that need such consideration?  Technique is everything, but in soup making ?  Apparently so, so listen in to Rob's Soup Making tale and it may just change the way you make soup forever!

After years of considering major disruption to the family home, the time came when Helen could get excited about the dream kitchen.  Securing the key supplier and managing the logistics of a busy home life, let alone working herself and managing the children, the dream was worth it.But was the time really right?  Usually the planning of something so major is always right for you, especially in this case as Helen is a professional planner after all so what could possibly go wrong ?  Lockdown!  The one thing she cannot control and what did this do to the dream kitchen plan?  Listen in and find out, its not to be missed!

Being busy and working all the time in different locations and over periods of time away takes its toll on just living.  There's always a conversation when you get home about things that need doing or sorting or... you know how it goes.  This can go on for years and you never really get much further with getting those things done because when all is said and done, you'll do them when you 'have the time'.  Well when you get the time, those jobs never seem that obvious or important - that is until you get reminded!!!  Listen in and see what happens next!

The Cauliflower Collective embarks on a journey through the eyes of an elderly village resident who writes to her old friends' children (now over 50!) and reports her 'news' in her monthly letters.  A gentle insight into how the old village used to be and how changes are having an impact on the way the elderly report them - sure to raise a smile and an 'ahhh' every now and again.

The all new Cauliflower Collective is underway in September with short stories from colleagues and friends.  Its the little things that keep us going in life and these 'moments' that have been shared really do connect us to what we have all been through recently.  This story in particular resonates with most of us and Helen tells her brilliant story after the real life experience and realisation of how great decisions can soon take a turn you didn't expect!

The Cauliflower Collective is evolving and the stories are both entertaining and knowledgable, but this one is not what you would expect at all!  The art of soup making requires a bit of thought and Rob is on hand to impart some knowledge that may just change the way you think about making soup!
