Thoughts and Martinis

This segment is extremely personal and may be triggering for some listeners. I delayed the release of this segment various times. However, I do know, I'm not alone in this and listeners may benefit from hearing my story. To this day, don't know what upsets me the most, the fact that I was gaslit for years and didn't leave sooner or the fact years have gone by and I'm still not over it.

28 & Confused is an episode where I confess to not knowing where I'm headed. There are a lot of “I don't knows” in my head as I'm at the brink of turning 29 and ending my 20s. I begin to wonder “what am I doing?” | “what will my legacy be?” | “am I leaving an imprint on future generations?”

At the age of 28 when everyone around you is getting engaged, married or simply in long term relationships… being single can be very lonely. However, one relationship that remains present with you, forever, is the one you have with yourself. It's THE most important one of all.
