We wanted to do this podcast because it's a conversation that everyone needs to have. When we started this podcast some people even requested for this to be an episode so here it is! Our good friend Akshay has a mental health blog so go follow @togetherwecanbe - he's bravely joined our podcast for this episode and opened up about his experiences and given any advice he can give. We hope at least one of you can take something from it, whether you're a man going through something or a woman that doesn't understand the importance of MENtal health. Let's keep this conversation going.
This our first podcast so it's pretty short and sweet. It's a bit about us, the podcast and our lockdown experience. Hopefully many of you can relate to what we've been up to and please feel free to share any of your lockdown stories and "post" lockdown advice with us. Lockdown has been a struggle for everyone but the main message we want to share is that we're all in the same boat and it's super important we stay positive.
