Bitcoin and Gold are both posting the worst year of any major asset class in 2026 — BTC down 30%, Gold down 6% and Charlie Bilello says it's the first time we've ever seen this in a calendar year. Meanwhile, SpaceX just made history today, debuting at a $1.75 TRILLION valuation in the largest IPO ever recorded (2.4x the previous record Saudi Aramco) with retail orders alone exceeding $70 billion. We break down whether Bitcoin and Gold's historic underperformance signals a generational opportunity or the death of the safe haven thesis, what $75 billion flowing INTO SpaceX means for the next leg of crypto liquidity, and which catalysts could finally turn the tape. How do you start your day? Be honest… Do you greet the day with intention? Or does chaos reign each morning? It's no secret that many of us have aren't morning people, we'd rather hit the snooze button a few (dozen!) times than develop a morning routine. Some of us habitually reach for our phones before we've barely opened our eyes. Unfortunately, our reluctant waking may set us up for a less magical day and a less restful night. By creating a morning ritual infused with feminine energy, we give our parasympathetic nervous systems an opportunity to enter a rest & digest cycle. As we journey through the late spring woods, consider how you might revamp your own morning rituals. What am I reading? The Alchemy of Flowers by Laura Resauhttps://bookshop.org/a/111301/9781400349098The Anatomy of Awakening: The Five Hidden Codes to Activate Self Healing, Unlock Your Higher Consciousness and Live Your Divine Destiny by Dr. Sue Morterhttps://bookshop.org/a/111301/9781401998608https://bookshop.org/shop/witchywomanwalkingWhat's playing on repeat? Can't Hold Us by Macklemore What's for dinner?Lentil SaladIngredients:For the salad1 1/2 cups dry green lentils or 4 1/2 cups cooked/canned5 cups water1 medium english cucumber, diced1 cup diced small red onion1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and diced small1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley1/2 cup crumbled feta, optional I used Violife vegan feta3-4 cups arugula or baby spinach, optionalFor the dressing:1/4 cup olive oil3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice2 teaspoons agave2 teaspoons dijon mustard1 clove garlic, minced1 teaspoon saltfew shakes ground black pepperInstructions:Add the lentils and water to a large pot and bring to a boil. The Amish Inquisition Podcast

In 2016, headlines across Britain screamed of a werewolf stalking Hull's Barmston Drain — an 18th‑century canal turned urban legend. Locals claimed to have seen a half‑man, half‑beast prowling the area. The story went viral, reaching national papers, the Huffington Post, and even Alice Cooper's social feed. But what really happened? How many witnesses were there — and what did they actually say? Was it folklore reborn, mass hysteria, or something stranger? This Sunday, The Amish Inquisition welcomes Deborah Hyde, folklorist, writer, and expert on the uncanny, to dissect the Hull Werewolf phenomenon amongst other weird happenings modern and ancient. She'll explore how history, storytelling, and cultural memory shape modern monsters — and why tales like this still form part of the human psyche. Expect a dive into: The folkloric roots of British legends The psychology of eyewitness accounts How media amplification turns myth into modern mystery Why we believe the things we believe Join us live for an evening of folklore, skepticism, and the strange.

Send us Fan MailIt rarely looks like a blowup. It looks like lying awake at 2 am, replaying a conversation you can't let go of, or standing in the same kitchen as someone and barely talking to them. Emotional depletion is usually quiet. It builds slowly, what Anna calls death by a thousand cuts, until one day you realize you've lost the connection to your own self inside your own life.Join Anna and Tim as they sit in the gray area of relationships that drain us, the ones we don't just walk out of. This is not an episode about cutting people off or protecting your peace by leaving. It's the harder, more honest conversation most people aren't having. Why we stay when we're loyal, hopeful, afraid of regret, or just convinced things will get better. They talk about the difference between a relationship that's struggling and one where you're slowly disappearing, and they get personal about their own first marriages and the parts they each had to own. Anna keeps circling back to the same thing. The goal isn't to leave. It's to stop abandoning yourself inside the thing you're staying in.This Episode Covers:Why emotional depletion is usually subtle, not dramatic. The difference between a relationship that's struggling and one where you're disappearing. Why "I've had enough" is never really about a few fights. The reasons we stay even when we're drained, and why it isn't weakness. What your body is telling you long before your mind admits it.The questions worth asking yourself before deciding to stay or go.Owning your own part instead of keeping score. The power moves for when something has been draining you too long.Until next time, here's to deeper connections and personal growth.Mad love!Book a Discovery Call for Coaching/Therapy: https://calendly.com/badassconfidencecoach/coachingThe podcast is now on YouTube! On today's Kinda Daily Show, Barrett Gruber cuts through the noise on three stories that demand serious attention — a controversial new political fund that critics are already calling a slush fund, a Middle East conflict with global consequences, and a South Carolina case that exposes deep cracks in the American justice system.First, Barrett takes a hard look at the Anti Weaponization Fund — a $1.8 billion initiative that, depending on who you ask, is either a shield against government overreach or the very thing it claims to oppose. Barrett unpacks the mechanics of the fund, the political motivations behind it, and why some are pushing back with what's being called the "Drain the Slush Fund Act." If public money is being used to settle political scores, you deserve to know how and why.Next, the Iran conflict. Now dubbed "The 12 Day War," the US-Iran confrontation has entered ceasefire negotiations — but Barrett reminds us we're in "week eight of one more week," and skepticism is warranted. He breaks down what the ceasefire talks actually mean, what's at stake in the broader Middle East, and why the impact on global oil prices and the US Strategic Petroleum Reserve affects every American at the pump, not just foreign policy watchers. Finally, Barrett returns to one of the most painful stories to come out of South Carolina in recent memory — the Cyrus Carmack-Belton case. With the justice system delivering an outcome that left many in the community devastated and outraged, Barrett examines what the verdict reveals about systemic failures in how cases involving race, power, and accountability are handled in South Carolina. South Carolina State Representative Todd Rutherford's response to the case also factors into the conversation. This episode is educational, unflinching, and essential listening for anyone who wants to understand not just what is happening — but why it matters.Topics Covered:The Anti Weaponization Fund and the "Drain the Slush Fund Act" controversyThe US-Iran "12 Day War" and the state of ceasefire negotiationsMiddle East tensions and the impact on global oil prices and the US Strategic Petroleum ReserveThe Cyrus Carmack-Belton case and justice system failures in South CarolinaPolitical implications of military funding and legal decisionsBarrett Gruber | LinktreeThe All About Nothing: Podcast | LinktreeClick here for Episode Show Notes! As always, "The All About Nothing: Podcast" is owned and distributed by BIG Media LLC!Check out our network of fantastic podcasts!Click Here to see available advertising packages!Click Here for information on the "Fair Use Copyright Notice" for this podcast.Mentioned in this episode:BIG Media Copyright 2026BIG Media LLCZJZ DesignsCheck out the 4th of July Heart Designs for this Independence Day! You do not need to be reckless to be an entrepreneur. You need revenue. In this episode of The Level Up Podcast, Paul Alex breaks down one of the biggest mistakes eager entrepreneurs make: jumping into business without a cash flow plan. Let's be real… If you quit your job… Drain your savings… Spend a year building a product… And make zero money during the process… The stress will crush your decision-making. In this episode, you'll learn: Why desperate founders make terrible business decisions How financial pressure weakens your negotiating power Why pre-selling your offer is smarter than building in silence How to fund your testing phase with real customer money The truth is simple: Revenue solves almost every early-stage problem. You do not need to guess what the market wants. You need to sell the vision. Get feedback. Close beta clients. And use real cash to fund the build. Because when money is coming in… You think clearer. You negotiate stronger. You make better decisions. And you build from a position of power instead of panic. Do not starve your business before it has a chance to grow. Secure the baseline. In this episode, Charlotte continues the Mental Load of Cancer Caregiving series by naming the decision drain: the cognitive and emotional exhaustion that comes from making high-stakes choices all day long with incomplete information and no clear right answer. Serves 4 Ingredients 1/3 cup rice flour 2 tbsps tapioca flour or cornflour ¼ tsp baking powder 2 tsp palm sugar or brown sugar ¼ tsp salt ½ cup water Oil for frying 3 bananas Honey, ice cream, cinnamon, sugar, etc to serve Method Mix dry ingredients with enough of the water until you have a thin batter. Let it rest for a minute while you get the oil hot, as it will thicken a bit more. Heat oil in a small pot – aim for about 5cm depth. Cut the bananas on the bias, each into about 4-5 pieces. Fry in small batches. Dip each slice to fully cover in batter, letting any excess drain off, and then carefully lower it into the hot oil. Do a few at a time. Turn once golden and fry until crispy and fully golden on both sides. Drain on a wire rack. They will stay piping hot as you cook the rest. Serve on their own or with a drizzle of honey, a dusting of cinnamon and sugar, and or some ice cream. LISTEN ABOVE See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Send us Fan MailOn this episode of the Talking Pools Podcast, Andrea takes a deep dive into one of the most important — and often overlooked — topics in the swimming pool industry: safety. With summer approaching and pool usage increasing across the country, Andrea discusses the real-world responsibility pool professionals carry when it comes to preventing drownings, suction entrapment incidents, and avoidable tragedies. The episode opens with two heartbreaking Florida drowning stories involving young children — one at a pool party and another at an Airbnb rental property — sparking a broader conversation about accountability, supervision, and the role safety barriers play in aquatic environments. Andrea breaks down the five types of suction entrapment hazards including: Hair entrapment  Limb entrapment  Body entrapment  Mechanical entrapment  Evisceration/disembowelment She explains how these incidents occur, why they remain a serious risk even in modern pools, and why educating homeowners and clients about suction safety is critical. The discussion also explores how damaged or missing drain covers, improper flow rates, aging plastics, and poor maintenance practices can create dangerous conditions. The episode includes a detailed explanation of the Virginia Graeme Baker Pool & Spa Safety Act (VGBA), including: Why VGBA compliance is about the entire hydraulic system — not just drain covers  The role of dual drains and unblockable drains  Safety Vacuum Release Systems (SVRS)  Maximum flow ratings  Drain cover life expectancy  Pump sizing considerations  Commercial inspection requirements Andrea also shares the tragic stories behind the legislation, including the deaths of Virginia Graeme Baker and Abigail Taylor, and how those incidents changed federal pool safety standards forever. Other topics include: Why drowning deaths are increasing in the United States  The importance of swimming lessons and active supervision  Water watcher programs  Airbnb and short-term rental pool safety concerns  Why cloudy water should never be ignored  Why pool pros should document damaged safety equipment immediately  Common dangerous pool games and behaviors that should be discouraged  Long hair safety around suction outlets  Why “touch the drain” games are a terrible idea  The importance of keeping gates and barriers closed Andrea also provides listeners with an extensive list of water safety organizations and educational resources including:Pool SafelyNational Drowning Prevention AllianceAbby's HopePHTA Step Into SwimEvery Child A SwimmerCDC Healthy SwimmingThis episode serves as both a refresher and a reminder that pool safety is not a checklist — it's a culture. You're trying to focus on your work, but that bag of sea salt chips in the pantry is practically shouting your name. You try to ignore it, but five minutes later, you're standing in the kitchen with the lid off the ice cream, wondering why you can't just stop thinking about it. If you know, you know... that relentless mental chatter. If you've tried to quiet this noise in the past and struggled, you were likely fighting an unknown cause: internal programming that most diets completely ignore. Most people don't realize that this chatter isn't a lack of willpower; it's a physiological response that can be rewired at the source. In this episode, we're tackling it head-on. As you discover the 3 pillars to reclaiming your mental freedom, you'll quickly begin to realize what it's like to live without food being the main character of your internal monologue: Stabilizing hunger hormones so your body stops sending you into a spiralEnhancing satiety both physical and psychological, because restriction alone will never workRewiring your brain using neuroscience-based techniques to change how you respond to cravings at the sourceYou'll also hear why GLP-1 medications alone aren't the full answer, the "Yes And" technique for breaking the all-or-nothing cycle, and why managing stress isn't always about meditation, sometimes it means making the hard calls. This isn't another restrictive diet tip. This is about updating your internal programming so you can navigate food, and life, with real, lasting confidence.P.S. I know you're busy, so mark June 8th on your calendar now. That's when our immersive 5-day experience begins, and we'll start the rewiring process for good. Sensitivity gets a bad reputation. We treat it like a liability, something to manage, suppress, or grow out of. Oliver Nino thinks that's exactly backwards. I sit down with Oliver Nino, energy healer, entrepreneur, and founder of Authentic Living, to talk about what it actually means to be energetically sensitive, how that sensitivity becomes a liability when you don't have the tools to manage it, and what it looks like to work with your energy instead of against it.This isn't a conversation about crystals or magic thinking. Oliver is 70-80% logical by his own admission. He ran businesses before he ran healing workshops. What he brings is a grounded, pattern-recognition approach to a topic most people either dismiss or over-mystify. Whether you're a high-output entrepreneur running on empty, a parent who absorbs everything your kids feel, or someone stuck in a loop you can't seem to break out of, this episode gives you a framework for understanding what's yours, what isn't, and how to stop carrying both. What we explore:- How growing up as an empath with no guardrails leads to adrenal fatigue, brain fog, and emotional depletion, and what to do about it.- Why your intuition processes information 30 times faster than your logical mind, and how to learn to trust it without abandoning analytical thinking.- What energy healing actually looks like in practice, from clearing generational blocks to group sessions of thousands, and why you don't need to know the source of a wound to heal it.- How to build an energetic shield using intention, color, and sacred geometry: a simple 5-to-10-minute practice that has helped people with debilitating anxiety finally function in public.- Why removing interference matters more than adding mindset hacks, and how signal-to-noise ratio is the real reason most people can't hear their own instincts.Chapters:00:00 Intro01:29 How Empaths Absorb Other People's Pain Without Knowing It06:12 Why Caretakers Have Nobody to Turn To10:40 Why Entrepreneurship Requires Serious Internal Fuel19:03 How Intuition Saved His Life and Built His Business26:00 Why Red Flags Feel Like Green Flags Before You Heal28:32 How Shared Purpose Built His Marriage31:23 From the Philippines to Healing 100,000 People Online37:17 Generational Trauma: You Don't Need to Know the Source to Clear It42:20 How to Build an Energy Shield in 5 Minutes49:01 Why Empaths and Addicts Are Drawn to Each Other59:41 Why Stacking Spiritual Practices Multiplies Your Results01:07:39 Your Light Is Your Best Protection Against Negative Energy01:16:19 Stop Adding Hacks and Start Removing the Interference01:19:44 Why Manifestation Fails Without Massive Action01:24:53 How to Parent From Love Instead of Generational ProgrammingAbout Oliver Nino:Oliver Nino is an energy healer, entrepreneur, and the creator of Authentic Living. Art Marketing Podcast: How to Sell Art Online and Generate Consistent Monthly Sales

There's a town in Texas called Round Top. Population eighty-seven. One square mile. And in that town, an artist named John Lowry sold a single painting for $141,500. (We toured his gallery on YouTube — link's right there in his name. Watch it before or after this episode.) That's the headline. Here's the part nobody tells you: he then sold roughly $60,000 more in reproductions of that same image. Same painting. Different mediums, different sizes, different price points. One image, two hundred grand. That is not luck. That is not a once-in-a-lifetime fluke. That is a system. And the same system is what Gray Malin uses to run a 4,156-SKU catalog with 221 variants of certain images. The same system is what Wyland — yes, that Wyland — uses to sell 972 products across 45 different mediums, raising prices roughly 10% a year for the last sixteen years. This episode deconstructs the engine that makes all of that possible. Print on Demand and the sample ladder aren't two ideas. They're one engine. The artists at the top of this business have figured that out. Most artists haven't. We're going to fix that today. But first — a quick rant about what gets in the way. In this episode: The $141,500 painting in a town of 87 people — and why the second sale is the lesson The knife salesman pivot: why Print on Demand is a sample tool first, a profit tool second Hobbyist or business? The honest question every artist has to answer The Drain — four ideas clogging up most art businesses (you can't run a business / you can't run sales or marketing campaigns / you can't be perceived a certain way / never discount your work) — and why every pro you admire threw all four of them out Why we study the masters: you studied Van Gogh and Ansel Adams in art school. Time to study the people doing it best in the business of art. Gray Malin, deconstructed: 4,156 SKUs, 16-year escalator, 221 variants of single images. What an artist with a real engine looks like under the hood. Wyland, deconstructed: 972 products across 45 mediums. The 10%-a-year price escalator that compounds for decades. The catalog as a museum gift shop. The Range Unlock: your catalog isn't N images. It's N images × M mediums × P price points. Most artists are sitting on 100x more inventory than they think. Same image. Every price point. Why this is the single most important sentence in your art business. The bottom rung IS the sample: a $20 mug isn't a giveaway, it's a customer-acquisition machine wearing a price tag The Buc-ee's flex: how the cheap stuff at the front door funds the expensive stuff at the back wall John Lowry, the customer mirror: an Art Storefronts customer in a one-square-mile Texas town doing exactly what Malin and Wyland do — at his scale. Proof this isn't a billionaire-only game. (Watch the full studio tour on YouTube.) "You don't sell JPEGs" — the Brooks rant about why a digital file is not a product, and what the pros actually sell How the Six Basics from The Long Game show up — receipt by receipt — in all three of these businesses The artichoke storage room (you'll know what this means by the end) This week's homework: audit your own catalog the way we just audited Malin and Wyland. Take your top 5 best-selling images. Count how many mediums you currently offer them in. Count how many price points. Now ask: could I responsibly add three more variants of each, this week, with Print on Demand? If the answer is yes — and it almost always is — you just found revenue you already earned but haven't collected yet. Resources mentioned: John Lowry of Humble Donkey Studio — the full video tour on YouTube (the original 2024 interview referenced throughout this episode) Humble Donkey Studio — John Lowry's website Humble Donkey on Instagram Gray Malin — the catalog we deconstruct Wyland — the other catalog we deconstruct Art Storefronts — the website + storefront engine built for working artists Related episodes: Why Your Website Will Still Be Working in 2055 — The Long Game (the parent episode this one builds on) Humble Donkey Studio — the original John Lowry interview, July 2024 All Oars In — The Anatomy of a Sale Nothing New Under the Sun — The Rules That Actually Sell Art So: which 78-year-old version of yourself wins? The one still asking what to post on social media, or the one running a real engine — same image, every price point, compounding every year? You don't have to be in a billionaire's neighborhood to do this. You can be in Round Top, Texas. Population 87. The engine doesn't care where you live. It cares whether you build it.

In this interview, Charlie shares his background and how he got started in winemaking.Charlie grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and made his first wine at just 10 years old out of store bought grape juice and yeast. He later studied biology in college and eventually moved to Seattle, where he worked as a painter for many years. After some time, he move to southern Oregon and bought property in Drain, where he began pursuing winemaking more seriously. He started making wine around 2000 and produced his first batches in 2003. Over time, he planted about 13 acres of grapes and focused on growing a few different varietals. Much of what he learned about winemaking came from self-education, including researching in public libraries. In the early years, he and his wife, Peggy, did much of the work themselves, including bottling wine by hand.Charlie built most of his winery and tasting room on his own. His wines have gone on to win awards, and he takes pride in the quality of his work. He also values his lifestyle that comes with winemaking, having grown up around wine culture and enjoying the independence it brings. This interview was conducted by Rich Schmidt at Becker Vineyard in Roseburg, Oregon on March 20, 2026.Thank you to the Oregon Wine Board for generously supporting this interview as part of our Southern Oregon 2026 tour!

According to the FBI, Americans lost nearly $21 billion to cyber-enabled fraud last year—a 26% increase from the year before. And the single largest category? Investment-related fraud, with more than $8.6 billion in losses. But what's most unsettling isn't the scale... it's how simple some of these scams really are. A retired couple recently lost thousands of dollars from their IRA after a scammer tricked them into sharing a single six-digit verification code over the phone. No hacking. No stolen password. Just one text message and one phone call. In this episode, I'm breaking down how "account takeover" scams work, why they're so effective, and the specific steps you can take to close the security gap. Here's what you'll learn: → The 3-step pattern behind most account takeover scams  → Why your personal information may already be compromised (and what that means for your account security) → What to do—and what not to do—when a financial institution contacts you about suspicious activity → 3 simple upgrades to better protect your accounts that most people overlook In a world where scammers only need a few seconds to strike, your ability to slow down and take back control of the moment may be the most valuable layer of protection you have. ***
