Whether thats more volume in training, more time in the gym, or more weight on the bar. New Year Review & Simple Doesn't Mean Easy

We are back! Been a hot minute since we did a Podcast and we are pumped to get back to it! With everything thats been going on at the gym, it's been tough to fit them in and thats exactly what we go over to start off this episode. The gym refurb, merch orders, our coffee addition, timetable changes and preview of whats to come in the next month or so which us leads into the topic of Simple Doesn't Mean Easy. Often after a long break or a holiday period we want to full throttle back into our training and do as much volume of complex movements as we can to make up fo what we feel we have missed or lost in our time off. We dive into why this may not be the best idea and how often the most simple workouts and movements can be extremely challenging and are exactly what we need to re-set and implement a sustainable approach to our training.
