We're trying out a new format! Each week Dee or Sandra will tell a story from their friendship that touches on an obstacle they've had to work through. Then they'll talk about what they see in those stories through their personal lenses, where they see race and power playing out, and whether there's anything to learn from the experience. This week: a story about walking in the middle of the street. Send us questions and feedback at weshouldntevenknoweachother@gmail.com. A quick update as we enter this unusual holiday season. While both Sandra and Dee are doing well, both have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last few weeks. Sandra just finished her two-week quarantine, and Dee is just beginning hers. This has made it a little difficult to record new episodes. We're going to take some time to make sure our hosts return to full health, which means we won't be releasing a new episode until after the holidays. But we'll be back, and we have many more stories to tell. Thanks for your support. Stay safe!
