I went old school and produces a solo version tonite. I learned alot from everyone I interviewed since the inception of the Xranue Podcast and it has helped me to create my own list of personal truths that are slowly becoming my natural guiding light as I make decision throughout my journey. Yet another fantastic connection from the Poddit Network. Tonite I sat down with Erin Mac and we touched on everything from entrepreneurship, her anxiety disorder, her perspectives, and most important her mind blowing belief in impenetrable joy, to which she currently devoted to bringing out in all of her clients. Things really start to get deep halfway through the episode and without a doubt, this is one of the most illuminating conversations I have had. Enjoy the Podcast!
Tonite I sat down and had a good old fashioned conversation with Anne Wilson, a long time resident of Alberta's Bow Valley where we chatted about her life as gardener, turned criminal defense attorney, that was also sprinkled with some hard work in the political scene. This episode has simply been long overdue. I connected with my old friend, James Addington and we take an extremely deep dive into his journey of mental health, specifically dealing withearly onset of depression, anxiety, and a gradual decline of his own mental health that eventually lead to some very dark times. James was extremely open with his experiences and I am forever grateful for this as I know there are many of us out there that are struggling with mental health. I truly hope that our conversation will serve you, if only, to know that you are not alone and that it's OK not to be ok.

I sat down with Banff Labour Journalist Jessia Arsenio who is a member of the IWW Freelance Journalists Union. Our connection was quite random and without spilling the beans, we both had some very passionate perspectives of employer provided accomodations and how it can be both a blessing and a burden. Jessia certainly opened my eyes to a different perspective that contrasted my own experiences in staff res and I'm glad we were able to connect. Enjoy the podcast!
I had the pleasure of connecting with Michaela Cox who hails from Texas and now resides in the state of Louisiana. She is certainly no stranger to the world of Academia as she holds a B.A in Sociology and a masters degree in Political science in American Government...not to mention an accomplished author with 7 titles currently published...and all the while being legally blind to boot. We cover a lot of ground as we talk about her experiences with her disability, her experiences with divorce, death, and also being a single mother while attending grad school. Please welcome Barrymore Scott as the Xranue Podcast's very special first guest. This is a bit of deviation from the usual format where we engage in very random conversation with no real theme or subject. It's kinda like all dressed chips....the overall experience is wonderful...but can't really dicipher all the flavours. Hope you enjoy!
