I went through two intense weeks of fighting — for breath, for strength, with myself, and with everything around me. Throughout it all, music was my companion. This show is a collection of the songs I listened to during that struggle, from which we emerged as winners. Life is far too short and beautiful to waste on meaningless things. ... is like a dandelion. Fragile. Beautiful. Here for a moment — and then gone with a single breath of wind. In this episode, the boys roll out the red carpet for Ankit Kalda, a finance brainiac from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business. They dive into the gig economy's role as a financial lifeboat for laid-off workers, tossing around ideas like Uber drivers dodging debt faster than a bad Tinder date. The crew chews over how gig work reshapes the workforce, with HR folks scrambling to keep up like over-caffeinated squirrels. They also poke at the headaches gig platforms face—think regulatory red tape and automation like Tesla's robotaxis stealing the wheel. Plus, they riff on Uncle Sam's snooping into gig earnings, what Gen Z expects from this hustle-heavy world, and whether the gig economy's future is a shiny utopia or a dystopian dumpster fire. It's a wild ride through jobs, bots, and government plots! Located on the coastal waters and in mouths of South American rivers, they reach merely a foot in length, which is not as small as you might have guessed. These fish are one of the few species that one could pluck out of the water, attach strings and play bluegrass like the instrument it's named after. Just kidding. How To Be Awesome At Not Letting Anyone Clip Your Wings—because sometimes, without even realizing it, we let the words and doubts of others make us dilute who we are. In this episode, we're talking about all the ways people (intentionally or not) try to clip your wings. They might question your big goals, list out all the reasons something might not work, or subtly discourage you in a way that makes you second-guess yourself. Sometimes it's huge dream-dampening conversations… and sometimes it's just tiny comments that plant seeds of doubt. But here's the truth: if you're here to do something extraordinary, you will absolutely encounter people who try to limit you. It might be from people who love you the most, an enemy or strangers on the internet. The best part about all of this… once you see it for what it is you just say… “Hey, don't clip my wings.” And I have the BEST ever song to put on to remind yourself of this daily. Defining: ‘Clip Your Wings' Clipping your wings = causing someone to play smaller than they're meant to be. It could be someone doubting your vision, warning you about risk, or even asking, “What's your backup plan?”

The war between Israel and Iran is heating up and it looks like the US will be getting involved. Then again, maybe not. Over the weekend, two Minnesota lawmakers were shot.
