Alex Petrovich (a.k.a AL Yeti Bones) is a musician, husband, father and also the author of a music industry book called “The Mistakes I've Made”. His weight loss journey started four years ago when he weighed 315 lbs. Alex had always struggled with excess weight and began a ketogenic lifestyle 4 years ago that saw an initial weight loss but stalled out after a while. It wasn't until he found the Carnivore animal based diet that everything kicked into high gear. He is down 125 lbs and has been able to keep it off ever since.
