Today's guest is Anna Smith-James also known as Anna The Apple Blog on Instagram. Anna has completed 21 marathons with a PB of 3:16! She's ran all 6 of the marathon majors and we chatted about her love for the 26.2. Anna is also a huge lover of chicken wings, parkrun and strength training! We also went on to discuss Anna's relationship with running now she is 30 weeks pregnant. We spoke about how she's had to adapt her training and mileage and how she created her own race so she could get her own medal for her baby boy!
