Thank you for joining us for our 2nd Cabral HouseCall of the weekend! I'm looking forward to sharing with you some of our community's questions that have come in over the past few weeks… Chrissy: Hi dr Cabral Is it ok to that estrogel and progesterone for menopause if you have lymphoedema ? Or will it make it worse .. kind regards Chrissy Kay: Hi Dr. Cabral- What are your thoughts on Metformin combined w Naltrexone topiramate and Vit B12 for Tx of PCOS? My 31 y.o. daughter has tried over the last few years to manage her PCOS w traditional Chinese herbs, acupuncture, yoga & pilates which have only given her limited success. Her HbA1c were in the pre-diabetic range. She lives in the NYC area w a demanding job. Now, working w a Functional Med provider, her tests showed high levels of cortisol throughout the day & hormonal imbalances. Weekend hikes & being near nature on occasion have helped her stress levels as shown by her Oura ring data. After about a month of the Rx regimen, she has noticed an improvement in her HbA1c and has hired a personal trainer. For true, sustainable wellness, what do you recommend? Becky: Hi Dr. Cabral! Thank you for ALL that you do and thank you for using your story to help heal others! I am an IHP2 and need advice. I am working with a client, she is in her mid 30s and she has had horrific breath and overall dryness of her entire body since a child. Her dad and siblings have the same issues along with her oldest daughter. She has tried EVERY imaginable product to fix her breath with zero success. She has done the 21 day detox, & is finishing up the CBO Protocol with H.Pylori & will be starting the Finisher. She did a HTMA last year with someone else but nothing alarming. She is hopeless that her breath can't be fixed. What is your suggestion as to what direction we should go next? She does not drink filtered water, is on birth control & an anti depressant. THANKS!!!! Kayley: I am 24 yrs old 5'2" 123lbs. I have diagnosed Rheumatoid Arthritis that has severely impacted my life. I currently take Methotrexate, Plaquenil, Folic Acid, and Folinic Acid. I am struggling with debilitating fatigue, and my IBS has recently flared up. Is there anything you would suggest doing to improve energy levels? Today we will be looking at some fascinating end times prophecies and how we are called to live out the reality of those prophecies practically. Gospel centered living is the goal of all last days or end times teaching, regardless of what one's particular position is on the timing of the Rapture and Second Coming of Jesus Christ.Let me be very clear that the timing of the Rapture is not a matter of one's salvation. However, while the goal of all end times teaching should be on gospel centered living and biblical stewardship of the gifts and talents that God has entrusted unto us, that does not mean that specific last days details of events as taught by Jesus in Matthew 24 and laid out before us this morning by the apostle Paul are unimportant or insignificant. My devotional today will be directed towards how belief in those prophetic realities are meant to be lived out practically. Paul, under the inspiration The Holy Spirit writes, "Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work." ( 2 Thess 2:16,17).The practical application of this chapter on prophecy is found in Paul's prayer for them. And what did he pray for them? That their hearts would be comforted, and that they would be established or fixed in every good word and work. God's love and grace for us through faith in Jesus Christ is the basis of our comfort and hope.Note once again that our comfort is an everlasting one, and our hope in Christ is good and is through the grace of God. As we throughout Scripture, every aspect of our salvation comes from the grace of God, through faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, Who is Himself the Author and Finisher of our faith. Our loving heavenly Father, in His grace, gives us through Christ what we do not deserve; likewise, God in His mercy does not give us what we do deserve! This grace and mercy of God is meant to encourage our hearts and strengthen us in every good action and word. Do you see what God is telling us?The “correct interpretation” of end time prophetic teaching will be gospel centered, fruit bearing living for the glory of God. If our walk contradicts what the Scriptures teach about how we are called to live lives of holiness and purity in light of Christ imminent return, then it simply means that we have not understood the point to begin with! One way that we contend for the faith once delivered unto the saints is by putting it into practice. We are called to be both defenders and demonstrators of the faith. One commentator put it this way: Lazarus did not have to give lectures on the reality of the resurrection, his life proved that to be true.May both our words and our works be gospel centered manifestations of the reality of The Lordship of Jesus Christ in our lives and fellowship. Jesus declared in Matthew 6:22-23, “The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are healthy, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eyes are unhealthy, your whole body will be full of darkness.” This powerful truth reminds us that what we focus on determines the direction of our lives. The eye—our spiritual and moral perception—shapes how we see the world, ourselves, and God. If our eyes are fixed on light, truth, righteousness, and the things of God, then our lives reflect His glory. But if our gaze is consumed by darkness, sin, envy, lust, and pride, our inner world becomes clouded, confused, and broken. This sermon calls us to guard our vision, both physically and spiritually. Psalm 101:3 says, “I will set no worthless thing before my eyes.” What we watch, read, and dwell on either fuels our faith or feeds our flesh. God is calling His people to spiritual clarity—eyes fixed on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2). When your vision is pure, your purpose is clear. Let the light of Christ flood your heart by choosing to see what He sees. The eye is the lamp of the body, and where the eye looks, the life follows. Choose the light.Referenced Verses: Matthew 6:22-23Philippians 4:8-9Ephesians 5:8Luke 11:35Psalms 101:3Matthew 5:14-16-Social Media Ministries, founded by Spencer Coffman, is committed to sharing the Word of God with the entire world. Today's guest is living proof that determination can rewrite destiny. Jackie Stretton was told she'd never run again after a devastating car crash left her with a broken back, shattered leg, and bleeding on the brain. But less than a year later, she stunned doctors, and herself, by not just returning to sport, but winning a triathlon.Jackie's story isn't just about recovery. It's about defiance, grit, and the kind of inner fire that refuses to be extinguished. From lying in a drug-induced coma to standing on the podium, she's shown that setbacks don't define us, our response does.XMILES UK - Listeners now receive 10% of their order value back as store credit via the link below.https://xmiles.avln.me/c/RiwxnARvfHeRRunderwear - Use code TEATRAILS15 for 15% off your orderhttps://runderwear.avln.me/c/GPVNMgMfYfLPSHOKZ - Use code TEA102025 to receive £10 off.https://uk.shokz.com?sca_ref=7394994.MfsDQZBAeLQihiPrecision Fuel & Hydration https://visit.pfandh.com/3GKxHjUPrecision Fuel & Hydration Planner https://visit.pfandh.com/3RuP25zHarrier - Use code TEA10 for 10% off. https://harrierrunfree.co.uk/Fenixlight Limited - Use code T&T5 for 5% off your order.https://www.fenixlight.co.uk/Protein Rebel - Use code Tea15 for 15% off your first order. https://proteinrebel.com/Centurion Running - Use code TEAANDTRAILS10 to receive 10% off *Excluding Sale Items.https://centurionrunning.com/GOODR - Use code GOTEAANDTRAILS to reveive 10% off your order.https://goodr.avln.me/c/VLEmsAIZCDtmLIFE JACKET SKIN PROTECTION - Use code GOTYOURBACK for 10% off your first order.https://lifejacketskin.com/PRIMUS UK - Use code TT-PRIMUS-20 for 20& off.https://primusuk.avln.me/c/kBWmOJaEiByDContent may contain affiliate links which can help support and grow this channel at no extra cost to you.Brew with the Coaches - CLICK HEREHardmoors - https://www.hardmoors110.org.uk/Ourea Events - https://www.oureaevents.com/Ultra Trails - https://www.ultratrails.co.uk/Hannah Walsh - https://www.hannahwalsh.co.uk/Punk Panther - https://www.punkpanther.co.uk/Pen Llyn Ultra - https://penllyn.niftyentries.com/Raw Adventures - https://www.raw-adventures.co.uk/

DOWNLOAD SLIDES DOWNLOAD AFFIRMATION OF GOOD FIGHT OF FAITH Pastor Bryan Hudson's message "The Spirit of Faith, Part Two: The Good Fight of Faith" emphasizes that faith in God is not only for crises but a consistent lifestyle of belief and action rooted in God's Word. Faith in God is an active, results-producing conviction that connects us to God's promises and must be developed like a muscle through discipline, consistency, and endurance. A “good fight” of faith is assured victory because God fights our battles, while a “bad fight” comes from unpreparedness and inconsistency. Believers must look to Jesus, lay aside distractions and sins, exercise patience, and run with endurance to avoid spiritual fainting. Regardless of the situations we face, a lifestyle of faith, and "fighting the good fight of faith" enables us to remain undefeated and triumphant because God's treasure lives within us. Summary of Message (Generated by OpenAI: The Spirit of Faith, Part Two: The Good Fight of Faith 1. Foundation of the Message Key Texts: 2 Corinthians 4:13 – And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak 1 Timothy 6:11–12, But you, O man of God, flee these things and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, gentleness. 12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, to which you were also called and have confessed the good confession in the presence of many witnesses” Review from Part One: Faith is more than a tool for crises—it is a lifestyle. God has placed His treasure in “earthen vessels,” showing both His confidence in us and our responsibility to live faithfully. 2. What is the Spirit of Faith? A disposition or attitude aligned with the Word of God. The human spirit infused by the Holy Spirit producing bold, enduring faith. Not only belief, but a lifestyle that reflects faith in thought, conduct, and endurance. 3. Faith Defined Faith in God is an active, results-producing belief, that involves applying God's Word, taking action based on His promises. Hebrews 11:1, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.” Weymouth's translation: “Now faith is a well grounded assurance of that for which we hope, and a conviction of the reality of things which we do not see.Analogy: Faith as a key fob—even when the car is not seen, possession of the fob guarantees its reality. The Amplified Bible, “Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things we hope for, being the proof of things we do not see and the conviction of their reality - faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses.” 4. The Good Fight of Faith A good fight: one where the outcome is already assured because God fights for us. A bad fight: when unprepared, careless, or inconsistent (e.g., cramming for a test, showing talent without discipline). Consistency—not just talent—earns trust. Faith is inseparable from faithfulness. 5. Lifestyle of Faith Faith must be developed like a muscle—strengthened through use, testing, and endurance. A lifestyle of faith is evidenced through: Consistent good works. Excellence in daily living. Spiritual disciplines (prayer, Bible reading, fasting, agreement in community). Without faith as a lifestyle, believers risk “fainting”—losing heart due to lack of spiritual nutrition. 6. How to Fight the Good Fight Look to Jesus – the Author and Finisher of faith (Hebrews 12:1–2). Lay aside weights and sins – not only obvious sins but unnecessary burdens. Run with endurance – not just soaring or sprinting, but faithfully walking without fainting. Exercise patience – faith and patience work together; they are “power twins.” Avoid weariness – consider the perseverance of Jesus, family, and others who endured. 7. Dangers of Fainting Physical fainting comes from lack of oxygen/nutrition. Spiritual fainting comes from lack of connection to Christ, lack of Word intake, and lack of consistency. Remedy: Re-focus on Jesus, nourish faith through obedience, and draw strength from faithful examples. 8. Marks of a Good Fight 2 Corinthians 4:8–9 – We may be hard pressed, perplexed, persecuted, and struck down, but never crushed, in despair, forsaken, or destroyed. 1 John 4:4 – Greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. The difference lies between external pressures and internal strength through Christ. 9. Affirmation of Faith (Confession) DOWNLOAD The sermon concluded with a powerful declaration: I have the spirit of faith and a lifestyle that supports it. I fight the good fight of faith and lay hold on eternal life. My faith grows daily through God's grace in both good and bad times. I endure with patience, will not faint, and triumph in Christ. 10. Core Takeaways Faith is not situational but a lifestyle of faithfulness. A “good fight” is already won because Christ secures the victory. Preparation, discipline, and patience make faith durable. Believers must avoid fainting by staying spiritually nourished and focused on Jesus. The spirit of faith ensures we triumph—even under pressure—because God's treasure lives within us.
This week in our Life of David series Pastor Kristi Ruckel takes us into the brutal story of David and Absalom throughout 2 Samuel 13 - 18. Despite the mess and raw humanity in this story, Kristi helps us see the cautionary tale through the responses of a father and son and ultimately to look to our Father in Heaven who gave His perfect Son for us. This sermon is an invitation to humility and total dependence on God one very heavy moment of injustice, sorrow, and tragic loss. Even in the valleys of life, may we look to the Author and Finisher.Plan on reading with us weekly through 1 & 2 Samuel this summer and find each week's teachings on our podcast, YouTube, and app. Be blessed as you receive from an honest and messy human who never stopped longing for God.Big House Church is cultivating a community of passionate worshippers who partner with Jesus to create a kingdom culture on earth as it is in heaven. We regularly meet on Sundays @ 9 & 11 AM at the Zeider Theater in Town Center Virginia Beach.Learn more at www.bighousechurch.com.

Illustrations •Israel in the wilderness (Deuteronomy 8:2). •Winter season for a tree—growth still occurs underground. •Missionary biographies (e.g., Adoniram Judson's long seasons of waiting). ⸻ ### *3: Be an Active Participant in Growth (Spiritual Disciplines) • God provides growth, but believers must cooperate through obedience and spiritual disciplines. • Abiding in Christ sustains transformation. * Daily pursuit of godliness as Paul challenged Timothy Philippians 2:12-13 – “Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.” Hebrews 5:14 –“But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.” John 15:4-5 –“Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.” #### Key • Growth is not passive; disciplines keep us aligned with God's transforming work. Applications for Disciple Makers •Practice spiritual disciplines: prayer, Scripture study, fellowship, serving. At their simplest, the spiritual disciplines are habits that support your spiritual life on your journey toward Christ-likeness. •Encourage sustainable habits, not legalistic checklists. •Train disciples to feed themselves spiritually and disciple others. Illustrations •Athlete training for a race (1 Corinthians 9:24-27). •Garden analogy: We water and tend, but God gives the increase (1 Corinthians 3:6). •Example of early church practices (Acts 2:42). **(00:00) END PART 1** **(27:00 – 5:00) BEGIN PART 2* ### •4. Growth is a Shared Journey Key idea: Progressive, Seasonal, Participatory Growth is God's Plan #### • Progressive – Growth is ongoing; we are being transformed into Christ's image step by step. • “But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.” (2 Corinthians 3:18 NKJV) • “Till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.” (Ephesians 4:13 NKJV) #### • Seasonal – Growth happens in different seasons: planting, pruning, waiting, harvesting. • “To everything there is a season, a time for every purpose under heaven.” (Ecclesiastes 3:1 NKJV) • “Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit.” (John 15:2 NKJV) God accomplishes different things in different seasons. What lessons are available in the trial you are facing now? #### • Participatory – We cooperate with God's work in us; He grows us as we yield and obey. 1 Timothy 4:7-8 :“But reject profane and old wives' fables, and exercise yourself toward godliness. For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come.” • “Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling; for it is God who works in you both to will and to do for His good pleasure.” (Philippians 2:12-13 NKJV) • “I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase.” (1 Corinthians 3:6 NKJV) ⸻ ### 5. Emphasize God's Faithfulness: He Completes What He Starts • God initiates and sustains our growth. • “Being confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ.” (Philippians 1:6 NKJV) • Jesus is the Author and Finisher of our faith. • “…looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” (Hebrews 12:2 NKJV) • Even in failure, God restores and uses us. (Peter's example: Luke 22:31-32; John 21:15-19) ⸻ ### 6. Practical Steps: How to Walk the Journey Together #### *1. Identify Where You Are • Be honest about your current stage: new believer, maturing, struggling, or discipling others. • “Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves.” (2 Corinthians 13:5 NKJV) • Use prayer, Scripture, and counsel from mature believers to discern areas of growth. * Ask: What is my next step of faithfulness? #### *2. Walk Alongside Others • Support others in their stage without comparison or judgment. • “We then who are strong ought to bear with the scruples of the weak, and not to please ourselves.” (Romans 15:1 NKJV) • “Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.” (Galatians 6:2 NKJV) • Follow Jesus' model: He lived closely with His disciples, teaching and encouraging them daily. #### *3. Commit to Ongoing Growth Through Disciplines and Community • Disciplines: Prayer, Bible study, worship, fasting, service, confession. • “As newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby.” (1 Peter 2:2 NKJV) • Community: Growth happens best with others. • “And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.” (Hebrews 10:24-25 NKJV) ⸻ ### 7. Vision: Why Shared Growth Matters, We are Disciple Makers • Our growth equips us for the mission of making disciples. • “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations… teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you.” (Matthew 28:19-20 NKJV) • The world sees Christ in a community that grows together in love. • “By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” (John 13:35 NKJV) • Growth in community fosters perseverance and joy. • “Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, for he has no one to help him up.” (Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 NKJV)

The Finisher | Pastor Fred Unachukwu by Ecclesia Hills Church
Continuing in the Work of God subseries, Pastor Paul shared how Jesus authored our faith and how He will finish it. NOTE: This sermon was preached using a whiteboard so some context may be lost with audio only.
n Philippians 1:3–6, Paul gives us a powerful vision for Christian life and community — one marked by gratitude, partnership, and unshakeable confidence in God's ongoing work. This message explores what it means to recognise God as the Author who begins good work in His people and the Finisher who will bring it to completion at the day of Christ. We see that the “good work” is not merely external but rooted in Christlikeness — a lifelong, Spirit-led process of becoming like Jesus. Paul's language reminds us that faith is not a private journey but a shared one; we are called into partnership in the gospel, joined together in mission, perseverance, and hope. Even when life feels uncertain or incomplete, we can rest in the truth that God never abandons His work. Our role? To stay faithful, keep saying yes, and trust that the story He's writing still unfolds.
NASB 1 Paul, Silvanus, and Timothy, To the church of the Thessalonians in God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ: Grace to you and peace. 2 We always give thanks to God for all of you, making mention of you in our prayers; 3 constantly keeping in mind your work of faith and labor of love and perseverance of hope [b]in our Lord Jesus Christ in the presence of our God and Father,

Don't Stop Believing: A Reflection on Hebrews 12 A Sermon by Pastor Richard Sfameni, Lead Pastor at Victory Church in Providence, RI. The Power and Blessing of God's Word The Word of God stands as a timeless, life-changing force. It is not just information, but revelation—a source of power and blessing. For the believer, Scripture isn't just a traditional book; it is the living, inspired guide that shapes faith and anchors hope. The Christian Race: Endurance Over Speed Using the imagery from Hebrews 12, believers are reminded that following Jesus is not a sprint but a marathon. Life in Christ requires perseverance and a willingness to continue through battles, spiritual attacks, and moments of doubt. The encouragement is plain: Don't stop believing. “Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith...” Faith as a Marathon The Christian journey is long and demanding, requiring perseverance, not a short burst of effort. Life brings seasons of spiritual honeymoon and also testing, but through faith, every hardship can be overcome. The Examples of Faith: A “Cloud of Witnesses” Hebrews 12 begins with a reminder that we are “surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses,” referring to the faith heroes listed in Hebrews 11. These individuals—Abraham, Moses, Samson, Gideon, and others—demonstrated faith amidst suffering, deprivation, and daunting obstacles. Their stories assure us: If they made it, we can too. Their testimonies cheer us on, encouraging us to keep running and believing despite all circumstances. Believers today have more resources—the full Bible, stories, and testimonies—than those early heroes did, yet the call is the same: keep the faith. Laying Aside Every Weight The Hindrances to Running the Race The passage urges us to “lay aside every weight and the sin that so easily entangles.” Like a runner shedding unnecessary gear, believers must let go of anything holding them back from wholeheartedly following Christ. Practical Weights to Lay Aside: Weight Description Laziness Neglecting spiritual discipline or commitments Lack of Commitment Merely being involved rather than truly devoted Distractions Allowing social media or worldly interests to replace time with God's Word Unforgiveness Holding onto grudges, which hinders spiritual progress Critical Spirit Being harshly judgmental towards others within the faith community Bitterness Allowing wounds to fester into deep resentment These are not just bad habits, but actual spiritual weights that slow our progress and can keep us from finishing strong. The passage highlights personal responsibility: We must choose to lay these aside. The Sin That So Easily Entangles: Unbelief The passage distinguishes between “weights” (various hindrances) and “the sin”—which, in context, is unbelief. Unbelief is not a minor issue to God; it reflects a lack of trust in His promises and a turning away from His truth. The greatest obstacle to enduring faith is not hardship, but losing faith in the faithfulness of God. “See to it, brothers and sisters, that none of you has a sinful, unbelieving heart that turns away from the living God.” (Hebrews 3) Enduring with Encouragement Like athletes, we don't compete against each other, but run our own race, in our own lane. The victory is not comparison, but completion. The faithful who went before us testify: hardships can be overcome, faith can triumph, and God remains true. Grace to Overcome Lay aside every weight: Make choices that honor God over comfort or distraction. Persevere through unbelief: Trust in God's Word and His purposes, even when you cannot see the end. Closing Encouragement Let these truths settle in your heart: You are not running alone. The “crowd of witnesses” testifies to God's faithfulness through all generations. It's too soon to quit. Don't let weights or unbelief keep you from the victory promised to all who finish. The prize is eternal. While runners in ancient games received crowns that faded, your reward in Christ is everlasting. Stay encouraged. Don't stop believing. Lay aside whatever holds you back, and run with endurance—the Author and Finisher, Jesus, is waiting at the finish line.
Running the race of grace: Start with the cross, stay fueled by prayer, crash through quitting points. When you hit the wall, surrender to God. Proclaim His goodness to others. Fix your eyes on Jesus—He'll lead you home. Don't focus on failures; focus on the Finisher.
In celebration of CRC's 35th anniversary, Pastor Richard Hilton delivered a heartfelt and powerful message titled “I Have You in My Heart,” centered on Philippians 1:3–7. Reflecting on the deep bond Paul shared with the church at Philippi, Pastor Hilton reminded us that ministry is more than moments—it's about meaningful relationships built through financial support, friendship, and fellowship. He emphasized that we're called to do life together: remembering each other with gratitude, praying with joy, and walking in deep, limitless love. When someone is in your heart, you set your affection on them, you share vision with them, and you sacrifice for their destiny. With joy woven throughout the message—just as it flows through Philippians—Pastor Hilton closed with the reminder that God is a Finisher, faithful to complete the good work He began in us. This message marked not just an anniversary but a reaffirmation of our calling to love deeply, dream boldly, and serve one another wholeheartedly.

In this electric post-race episode of Trail Society, Corrine Malcolm sits down with co-host and freshly minted Western States Top Ten finisher Keely Henninger to relive the highs, lows, and hard-earned triumphs of this year's race. Keely reflects on her fourth go at WSER, this time arriving with a deeply personal approach, hard-won confidence, and zero obligations to perform for a brand—just herself. From a ferocious women's field to a historic showing by international athletes, Corrine and Keely break down everything that made this year's race unforgettable, including the dramatic chase to crack the top ten. They dive into Keely's evolving mindset, her take on the lead women going out hot, how it felt to go “on the hunt” post-Foresthill, and how finally nailing her fueling strategy played a pivotal role. The episode touches on gear freedom, team dynamics, and what it's like to finish with joy instead of just survival. With questions from listeners and big-picture reflections, this conversation is a celebration of grit, growth, and the power of running on your own terms.

From completing the notorious Arc of Attrition 100-mile ultra twice, to directing multiple trail races, to co-founding a menstrual cup company focused on sustainable period care for athletes — Harriet is redefining what it means to pursue hard things, in business and on the trail. We also dive into the founding of Sea+Flo, a period care company created by women, for women, aiming to empower people to better understand and manage their menstrual health during sport.
