* You can get the sermon note sheet at: https://family-bible-church.org/2026Messages/26Feb22.pdf * We are coming toward the final sections in our study of the book of Hebrews. After considering the superiority of Jesus Christ and the New Covenant which He established, we have been examining the results of entering into this New Covenant. * Over the past couple of weeks we have consider our pursuit of Jesus Christ - the Author and Finisher of our faith! Last week, we saw the need for Team Work in this pursuit and ended with the reminder of our foundation for all of this - the establishment of the New Covenant. * The author of the book uses another analogy to contrast the Old Covenant with the New Covenant. As Paul does in his letter to the Galatians, the author of Hebrews contrasts the two covenants to Mt. Sinai and Mt. Zion (Jerusalem). We will begin by reading Paul's analogy in order to bring another layer to this contrast in Hebrews. These mountains and covenants represent, as well, two kingdoms - a kingdom of works and a kingdom of grace. * As we will see today, though God delivers us by grace through faith, and not by our works, those who enter the Kingdom of God by faith will then live as being recipients of this Kingdom recognizing the righteous judgement of the King and seek to fulfill the calls to Love and Holiness issued by the King. * This message was presented by Bob Corbin on February 22, 2026 at Family Bible Church in Martinez, Georgia.
This weekend enter the Lenten season. The Sundays in Lent are not actually a part of Lent, but are mini celebrations of the resurrection of Jesus DURING Lent. One of the main Biblical themes which we will consider this weekend in our worship is the theme of Grace. That theme is beautifully described by Philip Doddridge in "Grace Has a Thrilling Sound" (TLH 374; WS 778). This hymn is based on Paul's words to the believers in Ephesus: "But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, 5 even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), 6 and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, 7 that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. 8 For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, 9 not of works, lest anyone should boast. 10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them" (Ephesians 2:4-10). God's grace has accomplished our salvation, from beginning to end. Our election is by His grace. Our faith is by His grace. Our Christian lives are lived by His grace. Our entrance into Heaven is by His grace. Jesus is the Author and Finisher of our faith! Grace is indeed a thrilling sound in the ear of a believer! When we know our sin and what we deserve because of it, we can't help but be joyful when we hear God's message of grace in Christ! Rejoice in that grace! Praise Him, this weekend and always!
This year I feel that our theme and word for the church is overcome. It is a great relief to finally overcome an obstacle, especially one that has held you back or prevented your victory. Currently the Olympics are happening. They often tell heartwarming stories of people who have overcome great difficulties to be able to compete. Often we celebrate with them on achieving victory, or we share their heartbreak as they fall short. Everyone loves an underdog story where the deck is stacked against them but they fight through it all and win. We have God for us so who can be against us?In life, there are many obstacles and hindrances. We can come up against a thing again and again. We can believe that we can never defeat it. The truth is, with God's help, nothing is impossible! Jeremiah 32:27 “Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh; is anything too difficult for Me?We explored Freedom in Christ and with God's help, we can finally be set free. We no longer have to carry those things year after year. We heard testimonies during the course from people who did experience Freedom in Christ. Today I want to look at how Jesus is the Author and Finisher of our faith.
In 1988, before the 100-mile version existed, before the conch shell start became legend, before the documentaries and global fame, one man proved the Barkley Marathons could be finished.Frozen Ed was the first person to ever finish the Barkley. Not the 100-miler. The original three-loop race that no one thought was possible. In this episode we talk about:– What Barkley was really like in the 80s– The story of Tom Possert and the missed summit– How the book pages became part of the race– When the 100-mile version was born– The Soviet invasion year– The prison apprehension story– How the course has evolved and gotten harder– Why Laz says he's not trying to make it the toughest race in the world– The real energy cost of Barkley– And why endurance athletes need to protect their heartsThis is a history lesson, a philosophy lesson, and a reminder that Barkley has always lived at the limit of what's possible. If you love the mystique of Barkley, this is required listening.Support our Sponsors: Sawyer: https://sawyerdirect.net/Janji (code: Freeoutside): https://snp.link/a0bfb726CS Coffee: CSinstant.coffeeGarage Grown Gear: https://snp.link/db1ba8abSubscribe to Substack: http://freeoutside.substack.comSupport this content on patreon: HTTP://patreon.com/freeoutsideBuy my book "Free Outside" on Amazon: https://amzn.to/39LpoSFEmail me to buy a signed copy of my book, "Free Outside" at jeff@freeoutside.comWatch the movie about setting the record on the Colorado Trail: https://tubitv.com/movies/100019916/free-outsideWebsite: www.Freeoutside.comInstagram: thefreeoutsidefacebook: www.facebook.com/freeoutside#Trailrunning #Runningnews #Outdoors #Outdooradventure
The sermon presents an antidote to spiritual weariness and fainting by directing believers to fix their eyes on Jesus through three transformative reflections: first, to consider who He is—revealed as the Author and Finisher of faith, assuring that God's work in believers will be completed; second, to reflect on what He has done—enduring the cross and the scorn of sinners out of divine love, not obligation, demonstrating that suffering is not abandonment but divine purpose; and third, to remember where He is—seated at the right hand of God, exercising supreme authority and interceding for believers, affirming that the victory is already won. This exhortation, rooted in Hebrews 12:2–3, offers pastoral comfort and theological clarity, reminding the weary that their struggle is not in vain, their burden is not theirs alone, and their hope is anchored in Christ's finished work and present reign.
If then you have been raised with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth. For you have died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. (Colossians 3:1-3) Paul calls us to seek the things above and set our minds there—but this isn't just a nice suggestion. This command is given in the present tense, meaning it's meant to be our continual way of life. Yet, interestingly, the verb is in the passive voice. That means we're not the originators of this action—God is—but we are active cooperators. God works; we respond. Being raised with Christ and hidden in Him means our identity is secure. It should stir us to willingly join in His work, turning our gaze from the fleeting shadows of earth to the eternal realities above. Philippians 4:8 reminds us to fix our thoughts on what is true, pure, and praiseworthy—things that align with heaven's perspective. God is the Author and Finisher of our faith, but He doesn't force our cooperation. Every day, we choose whether to align our thoughts with His or drift with the currents of this world. To set your mind on things that are above is to make a conscious, ongoing choice to forsake the pull of the temporary and anchor yourself in the eternal. In doing so, we live not just for Christ, but with Christ—securely hidden in Him, awaiting the day our lives are fully revealed in glory. So if you have been raised in Christ – seek the things that are above.

“GOD, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, 2 has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; 3 who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right and of the Majesty on high, 4 having become so much better than the angels, as He has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.” Hebrews 1:1-4 “Hebrews is basically a book that encourages [exhorts] discouraged Christians to continue on strong with Jesus in light of the complete superiority of who He is and what He did for us.”- David Guzik. He is the message“GOD, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, 2 has in these last days spoken to us by His Son” Hebrews 1:1-2. “The Bible is the record of the different places and different ways by which God has spoken to man. In the book of Genesis, we find God speaking to man by angels; they were the messengers…then God began to speak through anointed men such as Moses and Joshua…. Then God spoke to them through priests…then as time progressed God raised up prophets…But God's final revelation was given to man through Jesus Christ. Jesus came to bring man the final, the ultimate message of God. The ultimate understanding of God. So, all that man is to know about God can be discovered in and through Jesus Christ. This revelation is superior than all of the other revelations. His revelation through the Son is superior than the revelation through the angels.”- Chuck Smith.“39 You search the Scriptures, for in them you think you have eternal life; and these are they which testify of Me.” John 5:39“It isn't so much that Jesus brought a message from the Father; He is a message from the Father. Pastor Andrew MillerHumans can endure incredible suffering when they know it has purpose. Athletes push their bodies for Olympic dreams. Parents work exhausting jobs for their children. Patients keep fighting for the sake of those they love. But when purpose is removed, suffering becomes unbearable. In this message, we explore where true purpose is found and why so many of our attempts to find meaning... in family, success, pleasure, money, impact, or career, can still leave us empty. Drawing from Scripture, theology, and real-life stories, we look at God's purposes for humanity and how aligning our lives with them gives lasting meaning. This teaching concludes our series, What We Believe About God, focusing on God as the Gracious Finisher, the One who brings His purposes to completion. We unpack three core purposes revealed in Scripture:God's story of redemptionGod's promise of restorationGod's ultimate purpose: His gloryThrough passages from Exodus, Psalms, Hebrews, Revelation, and the New Testament, we see how God is redeeming people, restoring all things, and inviting us to participate in His work, both now and forever. If you've ever wrestled with discouragement, confusion, or questions about your purpose, this message offers hope, clarity, and a deeper vision of what it means to live a life aligned with God's eternal plan.
He's the Alpha and Omega of God's glorious revelation, the Author and Finisher of His amazing plan.

Has anyone had a car that is out of alignment? It pulls hard to one side or the other. If so, it needs an alignment to straighten everything out. If your car pulls hard one way or the other, you need to get it fixed! You may not have known what the issue was. I had a car one time that was so out of alignment that if I went faster than 55 it shook like crazy. Chiropractors may give you an adjustment if your spine or posture is out of alignment. They feel like they're beating you up as they give you the adjustment, but it helps to realign your bones and muscles. Many times in life, we find ourselves out of the proper alignment spiritually as well as physically. We have to give attention to this because just like a car that is not corrected, it will become quite dangerous to drive. Life can pull us in various directions but if we keep our eyes fixed on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith, we will have our correct direction. He is the Good Shepherd and He leads us (if we let Him). To define alignment: The process of adjusting parts so that they are in proper relative position; a position of agreement or alliance; Common synonyms for alignment include arrangement, adjustment, calibration, positioning, orientation, order, and lining up,
Recorded LIVE at our 2026 Beginning of the Year Fasting & Prayers (Day 1) our Senior Pastor, Rev Dr Femi Paul, led the church in prayers centred on Opportunity for Completion. Drawing strength from Philippians 1:6 and Zechariah 4:9, we were reminded that God is not only the Author of beginnings, but also the Finisher of destinies. Every good work initiated by God carries within it the grace for completion. In 2026, divine opportunities are not merely to start projects, but to finish them with excellence and visible results. As God completes His work in us, He is also empowering us to complete every good thing we are building. Opportunity for completion will not elude us. By the help of the Author and Finisher, everything committed into our hands in 2026 will reach its God ordained finish. Scripture Readings: Jeremiah 17:6b Revelation 3:18b MSG Proverbs 12:27 AMP Mark 8:22 to 26 Prayers: Father, You who began a good work in me will complete it. I receive grace to finish strong and finish well in 2026. Nothing in my life will be abandoned in Jesus name. Amen.
What if delighting in the Lord has less to do with emotion and more to do with alignment? In this message, we uncover a deeper understanding through scripture and the powerful truth that God doesn't just fulfill desires, He authors them. And what He authors is faithful to complete! This message invites you to realign your heart, trust the process, and believe again that what God started in you and in our city, He is faithful to finish.

Welcometo Pastor's Chat today and a blessed New Year. I trust this year will be ablessed one for you as you keep your eyes on Jesus—as you lay aside everyweight and those sins that so easily beset us, and run with endurance the racethat is set before us, looking unto Jesus, the Author and the Finisher of yourfaith every day (Hebrews 12:1-2). Day by day, you walk with Him. Wehave seen in 1 Timothy 4:7 that we are to discipline ourselves for the purposeof godliness. Of course, godliness has many benefits because it means we becomemore like God. We deal with problems, situations, challenges, and even tragedyin a godly way—knowing that God is almighty, that He is in charge, that Heloves us, that He never makes a mistake, and that He desires to help us inevery area of our lives. When we live a godly life, we live with thatassurance. Noticealso how Paul finishes this statement: “This is a trustworthy statementdeserving full acceptance.” In other words, this is not a suggestion. Thisis a foundational truth for Christian growth and for the Christian life. It isworthy of full acceptance—to discipline yourself for the purpose of godliness. It is worth doing, knowing what Paul reminds us of that in 1 Corinthians 15:58:“Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, alwaysabounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vainin the Lord...” Because of that truth, we persevere, we continue, we do notgive up—we keep going. Why? Because our labor in the Lord is not empty. It isnot fleeting. It does not simply disappear. It is eternal. It accomplishessomething. It makes a difference in the world in which we live. Sowhat are some things we can do? How can we practice these disciplines? First, Iwant to encourage you to set aside time—preferably in the morning, or at leastat some quiet point during the day—when you can get alone with the Lord for afew minutes. I challenge you to make it at least 15 minutes. Spendtime reading your Bible. On our website and in our blog at Pastor Mike ImpactMinistries, you'll find links to the calendars. (https://www.pmiministries.org/) We have twoBible-reading calendars available. One plan allows you to read through theentire Bible in a year in less than 15 minutes a day. If you have more time andwant to read more, you can choose Plan A, which is also available on thewebsite. You can print the calendar as a PDF and use it daily. Thisis important, because as Jesus said, “Man shall not live by bread alone, butby every word that proceeds from the mouth of God.” That means from Genesis1:1 to the last verse of Revelation. Both of these plans include a dailyreading from the Psalms—helping us with praise, worship, seeking God, andunderstanding who He is. The Psalms guide us in worship before the Lord. I alsoencourage you to read the Proverbs, because Proverbs teaches us how to livewisely and how to relate to the people around us in very practical ways. Second,I want to encourage you to take time to pray. Write down some prayer requests.Pray specifically. Join us in praying for a pastor in India—if you write me,email me, text me, or message me in any way you can contact me, I will send youthe name of an Indian pastor you can pray for. Pray for missionaries. Pray foryour pastor. Pray for people who need to be saved. Pray for your neighbors—andget to know them. Decidethat you are going to be a person of prayer. E.M. Bounds said that you reallycannot rightly call yourself a Christian if you do not pray. So spend timetalking to God. And during that quiet time, listen as well—allow the HolySpirit to speak to you. That is communion with God. This is worship. We do notgo to church on Sunday just to worship once a week. No—we should and can worship24/7. Every day, every moment, should be an act of worship as we put the Lordfirst in our lives, look to Him, and make Him the center of everything.

Send us a textThis week on the Agegroup Multisport Podcast, we're joined by the incredible Jo O'Regan—a world-class runner turned Ironman powerhouse with one of the most refreshingly honest journeys in endurance sport.Jo's story starts on the roads, where she built an elite marathon career: wins at Chester, New Forest, and Edinburgh, podium finishes at Manchester, a top-5 at London, and a blistering 2:40 PB at the 2022 London Marathon. She ran for England and earned an invite to the Kew Gardens Olympic Trials—only for injury to pull the rug out at the peak of her running form. What came next changed everything.Forced to pivot, Jo threw herself into swimming, then cycling, and by late 2021 signed up for her first ever triathlon—Ironman Vitoria-Gasteiz. She didn't just finish… she came 3rd, qualified for Kona, and caught the Ironman bug hard (despite imposter syndrome, no TT bike, and zero triathlon experience). We dive into the mindset shift from pure runner to all-round triathlete, dealing with setbacks and mechanicals (including a heartbreaking DNF at Roth), and leaning into strengths while owning weaknesses. Jo also shares her unique and fearless approach to swimming, racing long-distance triathlons entirely breaststroke—clocking a 1:14 swim at Outlaw and 1:19 non-wetsuit at Kona. This episode is about resilience, reinvention, and rewriting the rules of what “doing it right” in triathlon really means. The policy was made in 2018 and the line is drawn at information gained. People are arguing that Ken allowing the spell to resolve is information gained. It isn't. Look at the boardstate and importantly look at Ken's decklist (which is open information). Ken has {U/G}{G.B} and Cavern. His decklist has Bitter Triumph (non-relevant spell to the situation) and Urgent Necropsy (which he can't cast). He already cycled his 1 copy of Webstrike Elite earlier. The funny thing is, this takeback is allowed because it is the World Championship. This is a rare time where decklists are open and public. So Seth Manfield knows Ken has no responses because he has seen the decklist. So Ken saying something resolves is not information gained. If you allow that it resolves as being information if the player has no potential plays, players are incentivized to say "it resolves" as fast as possible to close the takeback window. That makes the tournament environment much worse. The rules for takebacks are part of the tournament rules. The tournament rules are the same whether you are at a local FNM or the World Championship. If you want little timmy at FNM to have takebacks, you must allow the world champions to have some as well. Consistency is key especially when writing policy. Joy to the World December 7, 2025 Elwyn Johnston Luke 2:8 – 20 Verse of the Week: “Shout joyfully to the Lord, all the earth; Break forth and sing for joy and sing praises.” Psalm 98:4 1. God desires for you to walk in joy “there were some shepherds staying out in the fields and keeping watch over their flock by night.” Luke 2:8 God came to the shepherds and God comes to us. God's joy can break through your night. “when troubles of any kind come your way, consider it an opportunity for great joy, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance.” James 1:2 & 3 “Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross” Hebrews 12:2 “In Your presence is fullness of joy” Psalm 16:11 2. We have joy because of the good news “Do not be afraid; for behold, I bring you good news of great joy which will be for all the people” Luke 2:10 We do not have to walk in fear. “Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, yes, I will help you, I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.” Isaiah 41:10 “Be anxious for nothing” Philippians 4:6 Lasting joy is rooted in the good news “there has been born for you a Savior, who is Christ the Lord” Luke 2:11 “I have spoken to you, that My joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be full.” John 15:11 “The joy of the Lord is your strength” Nehemiah 8:10 Share the good news with others. “After seeing the baby Jesus, the shepherds told what had happened and what the angel had said to them about this child.” Luke 2:17 “the truth will set you free” John 8:32 “God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, even though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea” Psalm 46:1 & 2
I met Shauna during her first 100 miler at Long Haul 100 earlier this year. Most people, regardless of the training, struggle during the last 15-20 miles of their first 100. She may have too, but she sure didn't show it. She was well prepared with awesome coaching, and has the grit required to accomplish big things in the ultra world. Her enthusiasm for our sport is infectious. In today’s episode, we’re walking through Hebrews 10-12 and into some of the most powerful truths in this book. We begin with a sober warning not to turn away, then move into what real, enduring faith looks like as we approach the Hall of Faith. From there, we step into Hebrews 12, where we’re invited to consider the crowd cheering us on, the race set before us, the training God lovingly allows, and ultimately to fix our eyes on Jesus, the Author and Finisher of our faith. Join us as we press in together and let these chapters strengthen our walk with Him.Support the show: https://harvest.org/donate/See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Send us a textA desperate father in Mark 9 says five words that many of us whisper in the dark: “Lord, I believe; help my unbelief.” That moment becomes our roadmap. We walk through the emotional break that follows Christ's invitation—“If you can believe, all things are possible”—and trace how a shift in address from “Jesus” to “Lord” reframes worship, prayer, and the very posture of our hearts. Titles aren't semantics; they're signals of allegiance. When we call Him Lord, we approach Him as the One who commands storms, silences demons, and holds our lives together. From there, we get honest about fractured faith. Belief often comes in pieces—bold in the morning, brittle by night. Rather than shaming that reality, we dig into why the father's plea is both humility and good theology: if all things are possible with the Lord, then stronger faith is one of those “all things.” We challenge the myth that grace starts you and you carry the rest. Scripture calls us to work out salvation, not work for it; Christ is not a distant examiner but the Author and Finisher who strengthens, preserves, and completes. We also lift the lens to spiritual authority. When Christ rebukes the unclean spirit and raises the child, He signals the limits of Satan's reach and the nearness of the kingdom. That changes how we face doubt, attack, and dry seasons. Instead of spiraling, we return to the prayer that cannot be refused: help my unbelief. If language shapes worship, this prayer shapes endurance. It keeps our eyes on the Lord's sufficiency rather than our stamina, and it turns daily uncertainty into an open door for grace.Listen for a practical path you can follow today: honor Him as Lord, confess real belief without pretending it's perfect, and ask for the help only He can give. If this conversation steadies your faith or challenges your habits, share it with a friend, subscribe for more, and leave a review to help others find it. In this week's message, Bro. John A. Putnam brings a word of hope and conviction titled “It's Not Over.” Drawing from Hebrews 12:1–2, Bro. Putnam reminds us that our story isn't defined by our failures, but by our response to them. Through the story of Alfred Nobel's transformation, the repentance of King David, and the redemption of John Newton, Bro. Putnam reveals a timeless truth: God's grace is not finished with you yet. The race is still before you—and the Author and Finisher of your faith is still writing your story. With heartfelt urgency, he calls believers to get back up—to wash, to worship, and to move forward. Because it's not what you've done, but how you respond to the mercy of God that determines your future. Even in failure, God is still faithful; even in brokenness, His grace can rebuild. If you've fallen, doubted, or wondered whether your mistakes have disqualified you, this message will remind you: it's not over until God says it's over. When brutal weather forced Cactus Rose to relocate to the unforgiving hills of Camp Eagle, most runners hesitated—but not Houston's own Madeline Green. With no aid stations, no crew, and endless miles of mud, rain, and lightning, she pushed through 105 miles of chaos to become the only female finisher of one of Texas' toughest ultramarathons. In this episode, Stephanie and Andrew dive into Madeline's mindset—how she handled a last-minute course change, two nights alone on the trail, and the mental rollercoaster of a self-supported 100-miler. From training on Houston's flatlands to conquering Camp Eagle's rocky climbs, her story is pure grit and quiet determination. As always, things get candid, funny, and just a little chaotic. The crew swaps stories about storms, hallucinations, and what happens when your headlamp flash convinces you lightning's about to strike. Madeline talks redemption, recovery, and what it means to represent women in the most rugged corners of ultrarunning—all while proving that sometimes, the loneliest miles lead to the loudest triumphs.Be sure to subscribe to the podcast wherever you listen, and we always appreciate you leaving a good rate and review. Enduring the Impossible with Vincent Antunez This episode is a deep dive into the mind and mission of Vincent Antunez, DSc, PA-C - a retired U.S. Army Major, ultra endurance athlete, and founder of Trail Toes. Vincent shares raw, powerful stories of suffering and success on the course, the lessons that endurance sports teach about humility and resilience, and the gear and mindset strategies that keep him (and his feet) moving forward. This one is packed with wisdom from the front lines - of both battlefields and ultramarathons.
November 02, 2025 - Sunday AM Bible Class In this episode Jeremy continues a quarter-long study in the Gospel of John and takes a focused look at John 3:16–21, building on Phil's earlier verse-by-verse treatment. Through scripture references across the New Testament (John, Matthew, Colossians, Romans, Hebrews, Titus, Ephesians and more) the message explores who Jesus is — God's only Son, Lord and God, the Light, our Hope, the Source of Life, Friend, Judge, the Author and Finisher of our faith, and our Savior. The episode mixes theological exposition with practical application: it distinguishes hope in Jesus from mere wishful thinking, explains why Jesus is not a rubber-stamp for our choices, and emphasizes obedience and daily practice as evidence that “Jesus is our life.” The speaker uses relatable examples and stories (including a testimony about prayer and work, a showing-cows analogy, and a race/pacer metaphor) to illustrate assurance, judgment, and Christian living. Listeners will hear brief contributions from others in the room — references to the earlier presenter, the speaker's daughters who describe what Jesus means to them, and input from congregants — which highlight how different ages and backgrounds describe Jesus while underscoring that He is the same for all. Key takeaways: recognize Jesus as both Lord and God rather than a figure who merely approves our choices; place confident assurance (not wishful thinking) in the hope Jesus provides; live out faith by practicing what you preach; cherish Jesus as a personal friend who laid down His life; remember that He will be the judge who knows us; and center your life on Christ, the author and finisher of faith. The episode concludes with a call to fill in the blank — who is Jesus to you — and to let that answer shape how you live. Duration 42:19

Thank you for joining us for our 2nd Cabral HouseCall of the weekend! I'm looking forward to sharing with you some of our community's questions that have come in over the past few weeks… Chrissy: Hi dr Cabral Is it ok to that estrogel and progesterone for menopause if you have lymphoedema ? Or will it make it worse .. kind regards Chrissy Kay: Hi Dr. Cabral- What are your thoughts on Metformin combined w Naltrexone topiramate and Vit B12 for Tx of PCOS? My 31 y.o. daughter has tried over the last few years to manage her PCOS w traditional Chinese herbs, acupuncture, yoga & pilates which have only given her limited success. Her HbA1c were in the pre-diabetic range. She lives in the NYC area w a demanding job. Now, working w a Functional Med provider, her tests showed high levels of cortisol throughout the day & hormonal imbalances. Weekend hikes & being near nature on occasion have helped her stress levels as shown by her Oura ring data. After about a month of the Rx regimen, she has noticed an improvement in her HbA1c and has hired a personal trainer. For true, sustainable wellness, what do you recommend? Becky: Hi Dr. Cabral! Thank you for ALL that you do and thank you for using your story to help heal others! I am an IHP2 and need advice. I am working with a client, she is in her mid 30s and she has had horrific breath and overall dryness of her entire body since a child. Her dad and siblings have the same issues along with her oldest daughter. She has tried EVERY imaginable product to fix her breath with zero success. She has done the 21 day detox, & is finishing up the CBO Protocol with H.Pylori & will be starting the Finisher. She did a HTMA last year with someone else but nothing alarming. She is hopeless that her breath can't be fixed. What is your suggestion as to what direction we should go next? She does not drink filtered water, is on birth control & an anti depressant. THANKS!!!! Kayley: I am 24 yrs old 5'2" 123lbs. I have diagnosed Rheumatoid Arthritis that has severely impacted my life. I currently take Methotrexate, Plaquenil, Folic Acid, and Folinic Acid.
