Matt Wenning: Bio - Matt is the owner of the website Wenning Strength. Matt founded Ludus Magnus Gym with the goal of getting everyone stronger. He has numerous state and national records, a Masters Degree in Biomechanics, and a Bachelor's in Exercise Science. Matt knows strength and you should listen to what he has to say.
