I'm excited to catch up with Jo Moseley @HealthyHappy50 for the review show as Jo was my very first guest on the podcast back in 2018. A lot has happened since I last spoke with Jo about her rekindled love for exercise, challenges and mini adventures. She has discovered a passion for paddle boarding and last year became the first woman to stand up paddle board Coast to Coast.
