This week, the guys welcome friend, recent Heroes of the Storm tournament winner, and former raid team member Sharku to the show! Patch 6.2.2 is currently on the PTR and was announced to be heading to the live servers on September 1! Not only will be an update to include PvP mercenary mode and flying, but a moose mount (finally!), changes to Horde racial, Timewalking dungeon loot changes, and the addition of Legendary Ring catch-up quests. There are a few significant class changes also slated for 6.2.2, including buffs for Monks, Shadow Priests, Feral Druids and Protection Warriors. But since we’re deep into the Hellfire Citadel raid (the last of this expansion), is this a case of too little, too late? The crew discusses inside!   And there are many headlines in the Battlenet News too! Hearthstone releases The Grand Tournament expansion, Diablo patch 2.3.0 is now live, and the monk comes to Heroes of the Storm. In April 2013, the Convert to Raid guild on Aerie Peak-US hosted a variety of boot camp sessions for its members to learn about various classes and how to play them from those who have mastered their class.  The Protection Warrior boot camp, hosted by Woolfgar, outlines the spells, cooldowns, rotations, damage mitigation, addons, talents, glyphs, specific fight strategies and much more on how to play a great protection warrior in a raiding situation. Enjoy this very detailed look into tanking as a protection warrior!

Pat Krane is still lounging around in Italy, so we bring in some PUGs for this show!  Koltrane hosts this episode, along with Jules Scott from the Tauren Think Tank podcast, and Dairies from Convert to Raid Too for a big discussion about the release of 5.3 and what they've been doing so far in this patch.  They talk heroic scenarios, the dynamic events in The Barrens, among other topics.  Koltrane has been getting the "love" from mages in the audience after talking about playing his warlock more last week!  With 5.3 releasing, the gang discusses the recent developer interviews from Greg Street (Ghostcrawler) and Adam Holinka ("the PvP guy", according to Koltrane!).  New 5-mans are not in this patch, but the developers say they're coming back - do you miss them?  They also discuss 25-man and 10-man raiding, and how the devs and the players feel about the different size raid options.  Death Knights are now open to more than one per server, and Ghostcrawler talks possible changes in Vengeance mechanics in 5.4.  After the show, stay tuned for a presentation on Protection Warriors, which was done as part of the Convert to Raid guild "Boot Camp" events a few weeks ago.  Great information on all aspects of warrior tanking from a player who has mastered his class.  Enjoy this very full and information-filled show!
