There's always a lot of news to discuss, but this week there was specifically a lot of news to discuss for all the very best Diablo games: Diablo 2, Diablo 4, Diablo Immortal, end of list, apparently. All three of those games are going to have a new Warlock class, with Diablo 2 getting it immediately, the others slightly later. This is the first new class for Diablo 2 in 20 years, and the second one coming with Diablo 4's upcoming Lord of Hatred expansion (the other being Paladins).There was also a lot to discuss in WoW, as the Lunar Festival began, with zero holiday decor in sight. We don't think a fish tank is too much to ask. Speaking of cute disappointments, Hearthstone released another of those gatcha pets for even more money than before and it has us nostalgic for the days of horse armor. La última de ellas aparece por primera vez en las Escrituras en Génesis 1:1: “En el principio [rē'shit] Dios creó los cielos y la tierra”. Jesús es cabeza de la humanidad y de la iglesia, no solo por existir desde el principio de la eternidad, sino también por ser el Creador. La palabra griega arjē, traducida como “principio” en el Nuevo Testamento, tiene un significado amplio. En Colosenses 1:18, “principio” se refiere a Jesús como la fuente o iniciador de la iglesia y, por lo tanto, su Cabeza. Del mismo modo, él es el “principio” o iniciador de la Creación. Jesús no solo es el iniciador de la Creación y de la iglesia, sino también el de la nueva Creación en virtud de su resurrección de entre los muertos (Rom. 6:3, 4). Puesto que la paga o consecuencia del pecado es la muerte, su victoria sobre la muerte implica también su victoria sobre el pecado y su poder para recrearnos a su imagen. Todo esto demuestra por qué él es “el primogénito de los muertos” (ver el estudio del lunes acerca del significado de la palabra “primogénito”). La suya es la resurrección preeminente, aunque no la primera cronológicamente (Moisés fue el primero en resucitar, razón por la cual se produjo la disputa con el Diablo por su cuerpo [Jud. 1:9]). Si Cristo no hubiera vencido a la muerte, nadie más podría resucitar. En este punto es útil repasar brevemente las razones presentadas por Pablo acerca de la preeminencia de Jesús. 1. Él es la manifestación perfecta del Dios invisible.2. Él es el Creador de todo lo que existe.3. Él existía antes que todas las cosas, y estas son sostenidas por él.4. Él es la Cabeza de la iglesia, que es su cuerpo.5. Él es el iniciador de la Creación y de la nueva Creación.6. Obtuvo la victoria sobre el pecado y la muerte, lo que le dio el derecho de resucitar a quienes ponen su confianza en él como Salvador.7. As Grand Theft Auto VI begins to lock in its November 19th release date, we're already started to see publishers scramble with their release plans. We talk about the boat, we talk about dungeons (a tiny bit), we deep dive into NPCs and consequences, we talk about the quests and how everything is in the world, and answer some listener email. Dev Game Club looks at classic video games and plays through them over several episodes, providing commentary.
