From Keith's winter storm preparation kit to The Monks' Walk for Peace, KATG.com has all the fresh pics. Keith also discusses revisiting Fox's The Moment of Truth, America's relationship with Greenland, Trump's Nobel Peace Prize, and his hatred for North Carolina representative Tim Moore. Stay strong.
A brief encounter with Buddhist monks on their walk for peace from Fort Worth to Washington, D.C., leads Cal to wonder what Martin Luther King Jr. might have thought if he'd seen the large crowd of Americans gathered in gratitude for their journey.

Friends of the Rosary,Today, we celebrate the Memorial of St. Anthony, Abbot (251-356), the Father of the Monks, who retired to the desert at about the age of eighteen in order to live in perfect solitude and prayer. This 3rd-century saint exercised a profound influence upon succeeding generations.Born in Middle Egypt (about 250) to wealthy parents, he sold his possessions and gave his inheritance to the poor after hearing this passage in mass that we read today in Matthew 19:16-26.Jesus said,"If you wish to be perfect, go,sell what you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me."The saint suffered repeatedly from diabolical attacks, but these made him more steadfast in virtue. He said to his disciples, "Believe me; the devil fears the vigils of pious souls, and their fastings, their voluntary poverty, their loving compassion, their humility, but most of all their ardent love of Christ our Lord.Ave Maria!Come, Holy Spirit, come!To Jesus through Mary! Here I am, Lord; I come to do your will. Please give us the grace to respond with joy!+ Mikel Amigot w/ María Blanca | RosaryNetwork.com, New YorkEnhance your faith with the new Holy Rosary University app:Apple iOS | New! Our Reimagined Life: Empowering Me, You, and Us Seeking Happiness and Self Worth
In this episode, I'm sharing a story I didn't plan to tell but one that stayed with me long after it happened. What started as an offhand comment from my daughter slowly became a quiet pull I couldn't ignore. A group of monks walking across the country for peace kept showing up in my awareness—through conversation, social media, and intuition—until I finally paid attention. I followed that nudge to a small county courthouse near my home, where I found myself standing among strangers, watching monks sit peacefully under a magnolia tree, completely unbothered by noise, cameras, or crowds. What unfolded there was subtle, sacred, and unexpectedly emotional. Today I want to share the message I heard from the monks—one rooted in compassion, forgiveness, focus, and the idea that peace isn't something we wait for… it's something we practice. This isn't an episode about religion. It's about awareness. Presence. And what can happen when we slow down long enough to notice what's being placed in our path.Peace be with you. I love you, and I'll see you next Thursday. Julie
